Just an update, I believe the fault lies with HSBC. Sky have been nothing but supportive & have sent all relevant information & I thank them for that. Unfortunately HSBC are a different animal & are most uncooperative. The matter has now been escalated to the fraud team of HSBC.
After spending many hours on the telephone the HSBC have at last accepted FULL responsibility.They are crediting my account within the next 48 hours. Thank you Sky for all the help you gave me & a big thank you to Mr T.

HSBC would only listen after I threatened to glue myself to the counter & get the Daily Mail to take a photo.
