Small software issue

For the last couple of nights when ever I make my action on the table I'm getting a slight pause thought it was my internet but a few other players are having the same thing.
Anyone else having that issue?

Is this on the DC or the browser?

The pause is the dealer looking for cards to help you site players out. We all know.

@TimmyRaRa thanks so much for posting this! I thought it was my end. I tried switching from my WiFi to 4G and even to my other desktop pc haha. Like you said its the slightest of pauses but still very annoying.

Guys, a few questions to help the techies identify this issue, as they need help to replicate it.


Just DC, or Browser too?

Are you using Windows or a Mac?

Does it get worse the more tables you play?

Does it occur if single tabling?

Is it across all Formats (cash, SNG, MTT's) equally?



If you could feedback on that, & anything else you may think relevant, it will help speed up the resolution.

I'm playing on download client on Windows. I first start to notice it when 3 or more tables are on the go and it becomes worse for me the more tables I play. I only play SNG.

It first started happening for me Wednesday at 2pm if that helps.

I'm having this issue as well, playing on D/L, on windows 10, just playing mtts for the last couple of days, it's the slightest of pauses , just enough to make you think did you click on an action or not.

I was getting this on cash tables using the download client on Windows 10. I was playing on 4-6 tables but also had another 2-3 tables open that I wasn't active on at the same time. I didn't do any single-tabling for long enough to notice how much of a difference it made.

When the slight lag/pause was occurring I did double check the status of my computer in task manager and CPU and RAM usage were both well below 50%, so nothing appeared to be getting overloaded on my machine. I also have super fast fibre broadband and was using a wired ethernet connection.

On the download and Windows, on sngs and cash and I hadn't noticed if it got worse the more tables i had if it did it would be the slightest of difference. I've just got on and have one sng running and currently no issue so will keep an eye as more tables run.

I also had the same and the small pause occurred when 2 tabling and 4 tabling and on both MTTs and Cash. Windows Client for me.
