    Have been away trying some different things last few weeks but have dipped into spins a couple of times and this lag thing is still there.

    I ran a trace route to skypoker.com but I have no idea if that's relevant to where the client servers are. There seemed to be a significant lag in one of the server hops so that could be a culprit?

    Here's the results I got pinging www.skypoker.com, showing the 7th hop being very very slow:

    Couldn't find the old thread but Sit&Go's are upto their old tricks of not updating when you register. Also taking 30seconds or so to launch so people are missing the first few hands.

    Hi all, just checking in to let you know we're looking into what could be affecting people here but we are not able to reproduce the lag currently (even with multiple tables), so please bear with us.

    @kapowblamz that traceroute hop threw me for a bit, but when you see a high number in the middle of a traceroute and then numbers after that are low, it's generally not something to worry about - it means that IP address (A BT host of some kind) just deprioritised your traceroute. If hop times got consistently worse along the route, that's when there's an issue.

    Also when you launch a table, it connects to push.skypoker.com which would be a different IP address.

    Yeh same issue for me, download client only. Think it is ever since the adobe air update that was required to open the client last week sometime. Must have been a volume update then too because my alerts are now deafening (I have the same volume level on browser but can barely hear them)

    I also have this sound issue when it's my turn to act.
    It's like a quiet, very short beep instead of the usual one.
    And I'm only one tabling at the moment.

    Using DC on Windows 10.

    Only a fun player for small stakes but this is starting to get annoying. Just have 2 tables open but am having to make rushed decisions because of the lag. Not the end of the world but it needs to be sorted. Like most have windows 10.

    Any developments on this? I know it is the w/end but with the Festive break coming up fast and UKOPS round the corner, it still seems to be occurring. Hopefully the tech guys can come up with a solution/fix ASAP.

    No news yet I'm afraid, except that I spoke with them yesterday (via Slack) & I know the tech team are still working on it, but have yet to find the cause or solution.

    I'll try & get a better update on Monday.

    Hi all,

    We are still looking into this issue but released a hotfix on Friday that should alleviate these issues, provided you still have Flash installed (get it here if not).

    Some of you may have also seen a thread on Flash here - we are trying to remove the reliance on Flash, and we believe the change to remove this is causing problems for some people, so as long as you still have Flash installed the Download Client will "prefer" that. It's obviously not good to still rely on Flash, but it's currently offering the best experience.

    Sorry for not posting an update sooner but it's been a few late nights!
