Went to see a relative last week. She is in hospital with (terminal) cancer. She shares a Ward with 3 other cancer patients.
I have now discovered I have Covid. It is more likely than not that I was infectious last week.
The Hospital are not testing my Relative (or the other 3) for Covid. Given her prognosis, for her that might be understandable. But, for the other 3, all of which have considerable immunosuppression due to their condition, that is just terrible.

Vaccination and the whole covid thing has always been about hospitals not being overwhelmed, in every country. Lockdowns were only ever entered when this was a possibility. Returning to normality was dependent on hospitalizations staying low.
So getting vaccinated clearly stopped hospitals getting overwhelmed, preventing lockdowns... therefore for everyones benefit that things could return to normal. Not to mention the health service employees, who had to work in these terrible conditions. Is that not 'getting vaccinated for others?' Hes saying that is a lie!
Transmission from a vaccinated person to another, was no longer a threat to hospitalizations (the vaccine was always primarily to prevent death and hospitalisation). Transmission to the many unvaccinated people was (as they were the likely ones to end up in hospital).
It is clear that the world couldnt let the selfish ones be the ones who stalled things for everyone else, as we needed to get out of it and fast. To have a solution, only to be derailed by the ones thinking of themselves, was not an option.
Therefore we had the covid pass for a very short while. A very short while. Despite the anti vaxxer claiming it was for this and that reason, it was for a clear reason and the short time proved this.
But still we have this guy and his supporters still not being able to see that the anti vaxxer was selfish and they would have at least have to be grateful, that so many did help them out of the mess, even if they were not prepared to contribute.
The only contribution they made to society was protest about the lockdowns... that their attitude widely caused in the first place.
Sometimes, sound advice is overtaken by events. Things that were undoubtedly wise for early strains of Covid, are no longer correct.
Whereas some things don't age well because they were shown to be complete nonsense right from the outset.
Like, er, the Pioppi Diet. Or, in relation to Covid, "the 21-day immunity plan". Or the theory that saturated fat was not relevant to cardiological problems.
If Pfizer knew from the start that it didn't stop transmission why were our experts (see Whitty's tweet above) and the complicit media pushing the story that it did?
