Then, re watch review every race.
I find best, especially if a early riser, review yesterday's races 'today' pref early.
If your confident in your own ability to (this is recorded races) to quickly review the betting market minutes pre race & the actual race, you develop a knack, to zip through races very quickly.
Tis when, you think aye aye, spotted something there.
Then give that race, the forensic analysis.
Believe it or not, I try very hard to be objective, punters talking through pockets, do grind gears,as I type been looking at races since 04.30 am, brief 45 minutes of poker! and watching races now and until 09.00 am.
