    Revealed: Met Police PC and her cocaine baron husband living a millionaire’s lifestyle.

    The husband of a Met Police officer who bankrolled their millionaire lifestyle with the profits of a cocaine and cannabis supply ring, is facing years in prison.

    Julian Agalliu, 47, sold drugs packaged with the luxury Hublot brand through the notorious EncroChat communication system, and splashed out on a £70,000 Audi, designer clothes, and homes in the upmarket Hadley Wood enclave of Barnet, north London.

    When he was caught, there was a bowl of cocaine next to the bed Agalliu shared with his wife, PC Rasvinder Agalliu.

    The officer, a former beauty queen, was sacked by the Met after a disciplinary tribunal rejected her claim to have known nothing about her husband’s drugs empire.

    The PC of 15 years claimed she thought his money came from working as a chef to professional footballers, and she tried to paint him as “controlling”

    Shame of the Met Police's 16 crooks in uniform: Grim roll call of convictions since Sarah Everard murder highlight dark scandal at the heart of Scotland Yard

    At least 16 Metropolitan Police officers convicted since murder of Sarah Everard
    At least 16 Metropolitan Police officers have been convicted of crimes since the murder of Sarah Everard. The vast majority were for sexual offences or violence against women. Miss Everard, 33, was kidnapped and killed by a serving Met officer in a case that sparked national outrage and triggered calls for more action to tackle violence against women. But there were fresh questions about how many criminals in uniform are hiding in the Met's ranks after a serial rapist policeman pleaded guilty last week to 49 charges against a dozen women.

    The Met currently has 32,493 police officers, together with about 10,000 other staff.

    There will be more than 16 serious criminals in any organisation of that size.

    And to pretend otherwise is faintly ridiculous.

    Simply not true.

    If it was, the Daily Fail would be pointing to examples. Or setting out what the Met should be doing. Rather than just sensationalising.

    I once worked with an appalling Criminal-a prolific paedophile. Who had no Previous convictions, and was (seemingly) a pillar of the Community.

    You can reduce the numbers of these sorts of people. But never to 0.

    How did the Met fail to stop the sex monster within its ranks? Scotland Yard missed nine chances to catch rapist cop David Carrick as he attacked 12 women over 17 years - and failed to suspend him when he was arrested for rape

    Scotland Yard missed nine chances to catch rapist cop David Carrick
    The 48-year-old Met firearms officer faced no criminal sanctions or misconduct findings over the incidents between 2000 and 2021 - eight of which involved alleged women victims - leaving him free to attack 12 women in a 17-year campaign of torture and abuse. Carrick passed vetting procedures to join the Met in 2001 despite allegations of malicious communications and burglary against an ex-partner the previous year. He was accused of harassment and assault against a former partner while still in his probationary period in 2002 but the matter was not referred to the Directorate of Professional Standards. Today, campaigners said the Met's 'horrendous' failings were evidence of an 'institution in crisis', while Downing Street admitted public trust in the police had been 'shattered'.

    The Mail. 20/20 hindsight. Allegations are not proof. These offences were deemed unworthy (at the time) of prosecution, never mind conviction.

    Let's look at the people playing the outraged Jury-the current Government. There are 500 times more Met Police Officers than MPs.

    16 terrible police officers. The 4th largest Party in the House of Commons is currently the "Independent due to Whip Withdrawn Party". There are 17-that is more than the Lib Dems.

    It's not just the Tories-there are Labour and Plaid Cymru elected MPs too. But-a selection of Tory MPs suspended since the last election include (together with the alleged Criminal behaviour):-

    Julian Knight-sex offences;
    Chris Pincher-sex offences;
    Ron Roberts-sex offences;
    David Warburton-sex/drug offences

    All still sitting as MPs. Representing their constituents. With no way to remove them without their consent until the next election.

    If the Met had the same rate of criminal (and similar) behaviour as MPs, there would be about 300 current known sex offenders, and about 1,000 Met officers currently in post despite ongoing criminal proceedings.

    But the Mail won't run that story.
