Richarlison looked like a good signing. Like lots of players at both clubs, it hasn't turned out that way. Ndombele and Pepe both looked good-and were not. Same for Sanchez and Partey.
Whereas Havertz just looks ill-suited to English football.
Richarlison/Havetrz both **** aside, I still raise you your other stats...
Agree as it would stop goals being ruled out for 'Big Toe' offences at least it gives the attacker the advantage, though no doubt the defending team will protest when a goal is allowed when the attackers shoulder is judged onside.
England u21s win the UAFA championship 1-0 against Spain , it was nice to see the Spaniards miss a last minute injury time penalty , was never a peno imo, saved by Trafford the England goalie , a double save actually , incredible ,and all the tears at the end by the Spaniards , lovely Well done ENGLAND
You just don't do this in this day and age Apparently 80 Spanish women have refused to play and ONE man have refused to play for Spain until this cretin steps down

If that Rule were to be introduced, we can safely bet the OVERS in goals scored until the bookies catch up with the huge increase in goals scored.
Well done ENGLAND

Good grief.
Having spent years pleading to go back to Chelski, now seems to have always loved Arsenal.
Mind you, with that Headline, he must be glad he hasn't signed for Spurs

Embarrassing.
Good point @stokefc @lucy4 is a wonderful contributor to the Forum, so I do hope they are OK. Maybe on holiday.
Chelsea at last found their astride last night albeit against what looks to be a very poor side (by PL standards) in Luton.
They never greatly impressed though, & they have a long way to go yet.
Sky Sports put up a stat, don't know if it was true, but it said;
Cost of Luton squad = £30 million
Cost of Chelsea squad - £3 billion.
They also stated that Caicedo alone cost £100 million, thread times the cost of the entire Luton squad.
It's not really a "fair" League, is it?
American Sport - NFL, NBA & maybe, I'm not sure, MLB - do it so well with "caps" on budgets & an excellent Draft system.
