Never heard of Mike England but Im guessing Stephen Ireland is the odd one out as he is from the only one from country that is the same as his surname.

Correct.
Mike England played for Spurs and Wales in the 1970s.
Chelsea are set to face further scrutiny from the Premier League over reports of payments connected to the club's former owner Roman Abramovich.
The Guardian has reported that Abramovich, a Russian billionaire who owned the club for 19 years until he was sanctioned by the British Government last year, used offshore companies to make payments which appear to have been for the club's benefit.
The Premier League is already investigating the club after their new owners became aware of "potentially incomplete financial reporting" linked to the Abramovich era while completing their due diligence as part of the takeover and self-reported the information they discovered to the league and other regulators.
3 March 1979 West Ham United H 2–0 24,912 Doyle 9', Randall 85'
Promoted back to the top flight at the end of the season thanks to THAT Paul Richardson goal with 3 minutes left at Notts County.
Randall scored an almost identical goal against Liverpool in Nov 1980 as 3 minutes into injury time he rounded Grobbelar and sent the Boothen into a mental for the ages as Stoke grabbed a great 2-2 draw.
Everton deducted 10 points for breaching profit and sustainability rules.
Everton has been deducted 10 points for breaches of profit and sustainability rules, the Premier League has said.
The penalty, effective immediately, leaves the club with four points and plunges them into the relegation zone.
The club said it was "shocked and disappointed" by the ruling and plans to appeal.
It comes after the league referred Everton in March to an independent commission after reviewing the financial records of all top-flight clubs for the 2021-22 season.
According to the rules, clubs can sustain losses of up to £105m in three years or potentially face penalties.
However, Everton FC reported losses of £371.8m in the past three years and faced annual losses for five consecutive years, amounting to over £430m during this time.
Everton FC said in a statement after today's points deduction: "The club believes that the commission has imposed a wholly disproportionate and unjust sporting sanction. The club has already communicated its intention to appeal the decision to the Premier League. The appeal process will now commence and the club's case will be heard by an Appeal Board appointed pursuant to the Premier League's rules in due course.
"Everton maintains that it has been open and transparent in the information it has provided to the Premier League and that it has always respected the integrity of the process.
"The club does not recognise the finding that it failed to act with the utmost good faith and it does not understand this to have been an allegation made by the Premier League during the course of proceedings."
Everton added that both the "harshness and severity of the sanction imposed by the commission are neither a fair nor a reasonable reflection of the evidence submitted".
The club added it will also "monitor with great interest the decisions made in any other cases concerning the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules".
Everton said it cannot comment any further until the appeal process is over.
The chair of the commission, David Phillips KC, also referenced applications for financial compensation from current Premier League clubs Burnley and Nottingham Forest and last season's relegated sides, Leicester City, Leeds United and Southampton.
Phillips said he was "satisfied that the applicant clubs have potential claims for compensation" - but noted the commission holds no "inherent jurisdiction" and it is instead "the role of the Premier League to bring and prosecute complaints".
Its so disappointing it looks like there is now a good chance Ukraine qualify for Europe. So I got my hopes up and wanted to see Belarus qualify and I looked it up and realized this is not happening.
Do you guys know what I would do if Ukraine got Russia or Belarus in an international tournament? Literally every single Winni would come out to route for Ukraine and it would be a big event. except for Russian Winni who came with the 101 Winni toys labelled as Ukrainian Winnis who got the role of been the Evil Russian Spy. Though he was a very bad spy and now all the Winnis know he is Russian and on the Russian side. He would be routing for Russia/Belarus in this Scenario.
My girlfriend is relieved because she didnt want to deal with so many winnis out and the football on and a lot of sillies. I wanted this event though.

That Antony, for instance. Has to keep beating people repeatedly before he'll even consider putting it in the box.
He's exactly the same on the football pitch, too
1. 1979-Sunderland. 1981-Villa. 1980-??
2. Which is the odd one out & why-
Mike England; Jason Scotland; Gary Wales; Stephen Ireland

That's an old one, heard many times over the years.
I'll let the young 'uns have a crack.

Yikes, City & Chelsea must be looking over their shoulders nervously if Everton got a 10 point deduction for a £19 million overspend.
On a pro-rata basis, they could both end up in League Two.
