Can he give away the lot completely for free? Errr no....

TheWaddyTheWaddy Member Posts: 1,592
If we are being honest, if they ever try and giveaway completely for free, it does put a stop to it doesnt it? Still have not seen a blatant giveaway happen, its just an observation...... Its an inexplicable one too. If they want to, just let them? Maybe?

    Saw the cards on the all in, gave a wry smile whilst i said 'ahhh 6' out loud... as i know such a blatant giveaway is not tolerated.

    Gave all the opportunity to put one up were it was allowed, no-one could come up with one. Ive certainly never seen one this blatant not get what it needs.

    Just an observation. Thats my experience in these situations, sorry if it offends people. For some reason it does.

    Pretty sick that the software only allows you to play min bet/min raise like a Limit game

    Completely relevant, so thats why it was an auto 6 river (with me holding one of them)... that completely explains it, thank you...

    I wonder why people look at a hand and completely dismiss circumstances, who you are playing and the fact we cant see each others cards at the time? The fact was if i bet max, he folded.... if i bet small he would call with any holding... like here... he also would raise max turn if i continued small.... poker is about trapping, guile and using the info you have on a player... sorry you can only see the black and white of a screenshot... coughessexphilcough....

    Now this one was unusual as he did giveaway for free.... but as he was drawing dead, there wasnt much they could do about it...

    Or could they? This left me 2320 to 680 chip lead, with him clearly not having a scooby.... result? I lost the game in the end from a series of coolers.... very well done, not a game im losing real deck obv...... wow.

    So hes max bet and called the rest all in with absolutely nothing above.... so when you flop trips and hes calling raises, you can safely say the jack hasnt helped him turn here... its just an inside straight draw card....

    but with super enhanced hands, finishing off an opponent playing in this manner is just the hardest opponent online.

    Dont play good hands with 2 cards to come online, i know this lesson! Very hard when natural instinct takes over in the moment.... think might put a post-it note on screen....

    Actually if you check back, I'm sure you're sad enough to keep tabs on your threads, you will find that I said I had gone back on my decision not to respond because it was just so much fun.

    I think the analogy I used was the nutter in the local pub who whilst being a complete tool was tolerated by the regulars because he just spouted random cr4p that was often hilarious.

    So yes, I read, I pmsl, then I feed the beast some more, rinse and repeat ad infinitum.

    Havent had a blatant giveaway attempt for a few days. Here he was just raising reraising every hand so thought id take a punt wit a decent hand.... was dismayed to see he had no hand, only one outcome when that happens;

    You see if you saw a giveaway lose once in a while, you could shrug your shoulders and say he got lucky.... no problem.... when you are never seeing them lose however, we have a problem.....

    Do "we" have a problem though? Only you seem to have this problem.

    Strange, that.

    Mr Nostril

    I would say if you playing online and there is only one result in a given situation in any variation of the poker games, we all have a problem.

    As it shows it can not be a chance occurence... if you have not spotted it in your chosen game yet, then that is a different matter.

    If you could succinctly state what it is we should be looking out for I imagine we’d be able to debunk it fairly quickly.

    A giveaway attempt, with no hand, no draw, all chips in... that loses. In the meantime if you are asking what we are looking out for in general, its enhanced hands... as you wrote tht post, at my table this was the flop;

    I want to know very specifically what you claim you have never seen. I don’t understand how ‘no hand’ with ‘no draw’ can ever win anything. How are you defining those terms? The ‘giveaway attempt’ above with K755 had 25% to scoop, is that a ‘no draw’ situation?
