But when it happens, it really is alot easier to just ignore it than it is to go through the whole process of recording all the details and stuff, especially when multi tabling.
It adds up though, and is really frustrating.
I've just accepted it as part n parcel of playing on SP.
It's still easier to make money here than any other site, even when u can't see ur cards!!!!
Yes i had this a couple of times yesterday,not beig able to see hole cards and making bets that would not register and then it just auto folds after that,i also keep on getting disconnected from tables and LOGGED OUT OF SITE.then i have to sign back in and wait for table/tables to reload.I honestly thought it was a problem at my end but now of course i know it is not.

Over past week or too have had a few issues with playing poker on sky such as playing a hand and betting everyone folding and the pot being shared??? eg hand id 307063664. this has happened lots of times and i am losing money, also have occasions when i cannot see my cards and even had my avatar and name in 2 seats??when this occurs i have to reload the tables so annoying,what is going on,starting to lose confidence with the site now which i am gutted about as i love playing on sky poker but i keep losing money through this ,.can someone please look into these issues for me,many thanks.I have contacted cc and am awaiting a response. From the sounds of things, it was only affecting a few people which suggests it COULD be a problem with Internet provider or web browser. Either way, customer care SHOULD be able to look into it for you and sort out refunds where necessary.
I would ask you all to contact them on the links/numbers below and get it sorted.
Tbf Jordan I think it happens to more than just a 'few people', its just that it takes so much effort to report stuff to customer services that most people don't bother. A few months ago I had a disconnection issue that was no fault of my own and was due ~ £10 as a refund, I emailed customer services and followed the template shown in the technical queries section but then they emailed me back about 2 weeks later requesting loads more details, so I just gave up after that.
Yesterday a few times I was dealt hole cards and couldn't see them, all I could see was the board from the previous hand still. And a couple of times there were pretty big pots that were then split 6-way when it was won without s/d.

Instead of closing for maintenence ever fortnight, why don't you shut the site down for 3 days solid, completely fix everything, and completely get rid of these probs that keep occurring

no i actually just got a 7 quid refund whilst on the phone after the guy checked out the hand, but they still wont admit there is a widespread problem although the guy said he would send it to the tech chaps.
Proper doing my head in why cant they just admit there is a software glitch??

Also this seem's to happen every time there has been a big upgrade the night before. Clearly there are some issues that need ironing out after updates have been done.
If our internet service provider can affect the action of who gets paid the pots at the end of the hand then that's great news. All I need to do is learn to hack and I'll win every pot I play.
So either admit it is at your end, or I would be seriously worried about the vulnerability of your site!
p.s FWIW I have no fears of hackers on Skypoker. I'm 99% sure its Sky's glitch.

i`v had the same problem with disconnection, i got no refund, all i did was give all the info they wanted off me and yet i`m still waiting for reply 2 months later, at the time i was running hot but because off probs i ended losing between £30 and £40

I ended up getting a phone call from dez (i think), telling me it was a mistake and it wont happen again. Things like this scares me, most of the time i dont see the end result of a hand and i deffo dont have time to see where the moneys is going

Your customers need, and deserve, a system they can trust to be correct.
