Im going to the SPT tomorrow but didnt receive an email I guess we still have to register at 12.00 onwards and the comp starts at 2.00 as was previously explained.

the main roads up here are fine, you should have no probs getting to aspers, if you should happen to stray from the main roads on to estate roads then you will not get there so stay on main routes and you will be fine. see you all tomorrow at aspers

Hi, just wondered if there is a leg in the west midlands this year as ive seen a post saying, not gonna be one at broadway? If so what are the dates? Sorry if its already advertised but i cant find it, many thanks THEYOUTH.
Can I just Tikay what advice you would give to someone who has never played in a live tournament before ( apart from local pub) but has qualified for Luton via 4 pound satelite and am I right in thinking it will be 130 seats and at what number to the payouts start and how long will the blinds be and starting chips?
Anyway - really looking forward to it and seeing yourself and some of the other members on here on March 6th Paul aka MP33

The dinner break is certainly a major highlight in playing an SPT event as it is quite literally one mad dash to see who can get the hottest plate of nosh first and who gets a plate of food that is lukewarm! :)

For tikay advice, please post on "Ask tikay" on the general forum. Far be it for me to offer advice
p.s you'll be fine, players and dealers will be helpful and you'll enjoy it a bunch
If you get knocked out of the tournament before the "lunch" buffet, can you still have muchies from it lol?
