    well done mate
    on the upward trend
do you find it hard at times to put in consistent winning sessions over a period of time.
I seem to manage a good few then have one where nothing goes right .
was same today - morning session up £7 in cash and came 2nd in the morning freeroll.
had lunch break, etc and came back looking for another good session
within 10 minutes down 2 buy ins - full house into a royal flush , then straight into a full house. same table
Boom! half the morning profit gone in no time at all. left that table in a hurry!
at least the rolls moving upwards so even though annoyed i can't complain

    keep it going, good luck

    thanks walesboy,
yes it certainly can be up & down can,t it.
same happened 2 me the other day,
    but the other way around;
    lost £9.57 in the morning
    won £11.70 in the evening.
i think it,s the nature of the game really.
think u just have 2 accept that,s the way it is.
    as long as u r winning over-all,
    think that,s my target.

still early days though, only played 7 sessions so far.
but it,s not easy to maintain a consistant winning run going
as u really don,t have to do much wrong to find yourself losing.
i am really struggeling with bad beats myself atm,
but hopefully they can,t keep on happening for much longer.
i know that they are all part of on-line poker,
so just have to accept it.

like u say if the rolls,s still going up,all is good!
think the most important thing is not 2 try & take it too seriously,
    after all,it,s only a game.
of course we are all playing 2 win but not everyone can.
bit different if  you r playing professionally
but don,t think us boys @ nl4 come into that category.

i know i made some mistakes last night,
    looking back now.
just going 2 try & learn from them & try not making same mistake,s nxt time.
    eg;i raised up with qq,got re-raised all-in,
should have folded but called,he had aa.

    keep going yourself walesboy,
don,t let them grind you down.

    best wishes ,

Could you post the hand history by any chance? Either way though that just looks like a cooler as folding QQ pre at NL4 is not going to be good too often.

    hi carl,
i don,t really know how u post hands up
    as never done it b4.
maybe u could guide me through it.

    re the qq hand,
    from memory,
i raised up to something like 68p,
    then reg (tommov..something i think)
    pushed all-in.
i would have deffo folded but obviously didn,t
as over tim e like we have already discussed,
    prob not correct play.
but i didn,t go with my gut instinct in this case
    but will nxt time,
as he i think was almost telling me he had kk or aa.

i will post up hand  if &  when i can do it.

    cheers buddy..

Pretty much go to hand history load it up then highlight whole hand, becomes blue in Chrome, then click copy an paste it in a thread.

LOL not sure, it really is just go to hand history click on details, highlight all the information with left click then right click and click copy, followed by right clicking in a post and clicking paste, can't really say much more than that.
