Good luck with this. I stopped smoking on the 1st of January but I needed help, willpower was not enough for me. I'm chewing the gum and it seems to be working. Keep it up

I also tried the patches before , and like you they gave me weird dreams. The support of work colleagues and family has been greatly appreciated. It helps when they don't rub it in your face. Just staying strong and finding something to do when the urge gets too much. Poker does help.
Well done. Does that mean you'll be going to the SPT in Glasgow seeing how its paid for now. That's what I'll be doing with the money i've saved. Keep it up

EDIT: I`D RATHER HAVE NUTS ON TABLE AND KEEP MINE WHERE THEY ARE.

im upto 478 CFP but noticed its changed on how they do it now. As i was already involved in cash for points i pressumed i would be automaticaly entered as per usual. But i put in the code: POINTS and it said code accepted. So if i hadnt of put this code in does that mean i wouldnt of got my bonus?
Had quite a good day today after taking a break yesterday and back up a bit more. Im only a few points off getting the 500 CFP so that extra 5 quid will be a nice little bonus to my target of 100 by the end of the month. And by month i dont mean the 30th as my month started a bit late so im still on track I took a few little risks and played a couple of dym's to bump me up. And im keeping a back up plan when i do take small risks. On an even bigger challenge one which i think is even harder than this is myself and my partner have stopped smoking. Its been 2 days now so quite proud of my self for going that long considering i smoke 20 a day or more. My other half has made it uber difficult and i thought i would be the one with the week will power but she has a couple of times said about buying a pack but i have stayed the strongest. Insteadve been scoffing a ton of chocolate eclairs, sour tube sweets, bubblegum, lollypops and tons of other sweeties so may get really rotten teeth in the process. Not only does it cost money but my sisters fiance has been told he has terminal cancer at 41 and has really made me think about health issues related to smoking and im 37 so gotta do it rather than just keep saying i will. I hope i stay the coarse on this as i have failed many times before. Anyways i have my poker to keep me occupied and stop me thinking about it even though while writing this i could do with one lol.
Good luck with the non smoking m8. It is a bit like building a bankroll , dead easy ive done it loadsa times. Posted by Dazler

i think im correct in saying this. you will get your c4p as normal once you get to 500 points so you will get £4 min but i dont think you qualify for the play the nation bonus £5 you need to earn the 500 points after you enter the code.

ive always been signed up to the normal cash for points and entered the code for play the nation when i started this month so should qualify for it. I just found it odd that it let me enter the code POINTS when i thought i was in it already and have been since it started years ago.
Thought id take another little risk and it payed off reached the over 100 mark and made over 500 points for the month and still time to go These hands certainly helped at the end of the night.
oops st8 after lol. Should have folded but was hopin he had st8 and was semi bluffin should of known better and folded here but felt pot commited iin the end, bad call by me.
got this one on the river in the end so closing balance for day 16 is £102.76 and 517 CFP TARGET MET, AND NOT 1 CIGERETTE OR ANGRY OUTBURST so good day allround
played in the DTD tornys tonight got to last 14 of 164 on totk and had this as my exit. I knew he shoved to steal so i made my move on him and to be honest i took a gamble but really cant believe his call here.
