I satellited into the main event but if the issue isn't fixed I want the full £33 available for another tournament not the £7.70 - Otherwise there are about 120 people from the BH semi that paid the £7.70 and didn't get through that Sky would pocket?
Im sure they're doing everything they can to sort this somewhat rare poblem out so give the guys a break eh!
Oh and dont be jumping to conclusions that my imminent couple of big wins Im going to land this week is due to me 'sucking up' to um, As I was already planning to take one or two main events down this week.

It's just been a thoroughly unsatisfactory evening all round. Loads of disconnects (even more than usual) and then the tournaments not starting. Giving up now (good luck if the take on tikay starts, I'll be blinded out) and will watch for news of RUNIT'SRANN in the WSOP instead.

You need to show some customer care to your loyal players that are waiting around for an update, no lessons learnt from last years problems. We can understand if there is a problem and forgive you for it but please comunicate with your players
