I'll take your word it was a wednesday but it was a couple of years ago.

Used to go and get a texan bar and cream soda space man from the corner shop with my cousins. Play subbuteo and watch the wrestling trying to convince our nan that there was some acting involved.

Thinking about that diet probably explains why I have teeth like Jac35.

Brilliant stuff from Timmy last night. Really pleased for him.

I had an mtt night. Regged for £252 worth of them and returned head prizes of £33.75 :(
Knocked myself out of the £55 9pm against Stayorgo. Bluffed off my chips stupidly. Was a bit unlucky in the roller. Lost AQ to KQ, I think my preflop play was questionable though.
The speed was a bit frustrating. Down to about 13 left and having shoved the previous 2 hands from a short stack I had a great spot very next hand. KK utg I shoved again thinking I might get a light call. It came in the shape of Ace6. Ace on flop was disappointing.

Recovered about £150 at cash where I think I played pretty well. Had a nice pot v Liamboi where I got lucky on the river for a decent pot.
Played a bit of nl100 master cash for 30 minutes. Was really pleased with how I played a hand v Sam1986 for a nice pot.

All in all I'm not playing very well in truth. Bitting and bobbing around at the moment. I need to get a focus back on what I want to do I think. Dyms is the obvious way to go but confidence is still a little low at them.

    ....

Dreams are amazing. I want to know more about them.

    ....
Tyson Fury is interesting. I want to know more about him

    :)
Do you think that I'd write about regging for £252 worth of mtts if she did?

Penny has zero interest in poker. Has never read a single post of this. She likes to live in a little bubble of thinking that I only play freerolls and £1 and £2 mtts.
Someone in her family lost the lot on the horses. It didn't help that I was going through a bumpy patch similar to the one I'm experiencing now when we first met.

It took a long time for her to accept me playing poker

I was waiting for her this morning. Had all manner of sarcastic comments ready. She drives me mad. Very annoying cockney accent, 50+ with a nose stud, non stop chewing gum(she wouldn't be doing that if I employed her)

I got my Starbucks from the machine and wandered over to the till.

    "JUST the coffee thanks"

    "Any fuel?"

"Err no, it's just the coffee thanks"

    Maybe tomorrow

But my teeth do look nice due to having all these crowns :)
Been in pain all week. Gums really sore. Just been to dentist.
Yep, another crown needed. That'll be another £606 then.

Better start doing some winning at poker

    FAO SKY (Dym regs)

Could we all please allow Jac35 to win for a while as he has a HR dentist appointment on January 21st. (That includes you RaRa) I was going to play the £22s tonight but won't be playing them while confirmation of my winning for the HR isn't open.

I wanna play dyms for it, and I'd be doing it with the intention of attending  the event... BUT it's a month away and I dunno about other people but personally I'm just not gonna try to play Dyms into a £606 event that I'm not 100% will be free to attend. This is especially true over xmas when it's a busy time for everyone, people don't know if they're going to be visiting family on X day yet etc. so I don't wanna commit to potentially going bankrupt for a **** crown.

I know it's designed to make sure that my teeth are better but it HAS to have an adverse effect on my bank balance imo. It's a balancing act I guess between getting the most crowns ever in a human gob and being broke. I dunno where the 'line' is but I'd imagine (from a non-selfish POV) me not being broke has to be better. The tiny minority of people that play the dyms  purely for my £££ are bad people anyway.

Fwiw, every other Crown has been done with your help.

    TIA
