WELL DONE Groggy, Blair, and Paula. Nice to see my friends from VEGAS are doing so well. Back-to-Back SPT wins would be some feat Groggs. GOOD LUCK mate.
WELL DONE Mr Channing too......looks like you won't be on 'Luck on Sunday' tomorrow morning then
GOOD LUCK to everyone I know...... especially Roseeeeeee, SidV (if he's firing another bullet and with SPURS ), Phil @Essexphil (and with SPURS , Graham @StayOrGo, Danny @Itsover4u , Ryan @waller02 , and Craig @craigcu12 if he makes it ! and of course Mr Hayes @HAYSIE and not forgetting the wind-up merchants Grumpy and Hhufty @Jac35 and @hhyftrftdr
I'm sooooo gutted I couldn't make it up there to Notts but hopefully I will be at Manc for the Grand Final all being well
Enjoy today and tomorrow everyone, and don't forget....... have FUN
Thanks so much for the updates, looking forward to following them through the weekend, especially with the Boys n Girls doing so well yesterday.
I know you will be extremely busy, but if you get chance could you ask how Nigel Jemson is for me please (ex Forest and OWLS footballer, I'm sure you will be able to find a piccy of him). I know he used to be the Commercial Manager at The ALEA Casino 2 or 3 years ago, and is, or used to be, quite a good Poker player..... well he was very LUCKY
Is that fredsgirl if it is well played dear And Tikay hope you run deep you always get close but seem to be very unlucky Didn't you bubble the last one?
Yeah, I bubbled the last one. My K-K v Groggy's 8-8 for a top 5 stack all-in pre-flop, on the stone cold bubble. When the flop came down 5-6-7 I kinda guessed things might go wrong. He pinged the 4 on the turn & that was that.t
I did play yesterday actually but I never deserved to make Day 2 as I played like a complete donkey & made a good few mistakes.
Had a very enjoyable table though, with Blair Reid & ChrisdonkB to my immediate right, and Dave Norsden (Kidgrimsby) & Tina (karlluke) to my left. Most enjoyable.
Hey TK
I’m guessing you are still busy counting all your chips for taking through to Sunday?
Any updates on chip counts in play for today from Saturday ? ( Mist/Hanson and I have got withdrawal symptoms...)
Day 1B saw 132 entries & re-entries, of whom 34 made it through to Day 2, where they will join the 16 survivors from Day 1A.
Here’s the end of play counts for the Day 1B players. Apologies for incorrectly spelt names, but the hand-written chip count sheets were composed by what appears to be a drunken spider.
Harry Brown 224,300 Bartosz Gorski 208,200 Max (Indecipherable) 167,900 Emmanouil Alexakis 160,400 Andy Shotton 134,500 Phayes Anthony (sp?) 130,200 Masrk Hallsor 128,900 Emmanuel Livanos 125,200 Greg Cummings 123,600 Mitchell Terry 121,300 Dave Marley 115,400 Rosarie Roberts 107,600 Luke Davies 105,000 Corey Logan 105,000 Ellie Cooper 97,300 Redmond Lee 88,800 James Gavaghan 82,600 Angelos Matzois 80,300 John O’Reilly 76,000 James Platt 70,500 Tony Kendall 70,000 Oscar Knebel 70,000 John Hicks 69,000 Anne MOTHER Barrett 68,900 Ginge 67,300 Harry Dukey 61,000 Grahm Carter 59,200 Donago Sloss 54,700 Colin Napier 54,400 David Shaw 52,700 Alex Psele 48,600 Greg Roan 47,900 Vinod Jadav 45,300 Sean Lhuiller (sp?) 38,200
By way of a reminder, here are the chip counts for the 16 survivors from Day 1A;
Danny Grogan 268,000 Blair Reid 202,000 Neil Channing 200,000 David Dyson 194,500 Uttorio Carrgate 188,500 Nicholas Harrison-Caley 161,500 Chun-Fui Zo (sp?) 155,500 Phil Dimmocks 99,500 Benjamin Levi 98,500 Paula Wilson 96,000 Richard Bracey 93,000 Carl Taylor 79,500 Griffin 77,000 Richard Lazarus 72,500 Gavin Cree 47,000 John Hammond 27,000
So, that means if we combine those 2 lists, we come up with today's (Sunday) Day 2 field of exactly 50 runners, as follows:
Danny Grogan 268,000 Harry Brown 224,300 Bartosz Gorski 208,200 Blair Reid 202,000 Neil Channing 200,000 David Dyson 194,500 Uttorio Carrgate 188,500 Max (Indecipherable) 167,900 Nicholas Harrison-Caley 161,500 Emmanouil Alexakis 160,400 Chun-Fui Zo (sp?) 155,500 Andy Shotton 134,500 Phayes Anthony (sp?) 130,200 Masrk Hallsor 128,900 Emmanuel Livanos 125,200 Greg Cummings 123,600 Mitchell Terry 121,300 Dave Marley 115,400 Rosarie Roberts 107,600 Luke Davies 105,000 Corey Logan 105,000 Phil Dimmocks 99,500 Benjamin Levi 98,500 Ellie Cooper 97,300 Paula Wilson 96,000 Richard Bracey 93,000 Redmond Lee 88,800 James Gavaghan 82,600 Angelos Matzois 80,300 Carl Taylor 79,500 Griffin 77,000 John O’Reilly 76,000 Richard Lazarus 72,500 James Platt 70,500 Tony Kendall 70,000 Oscar Knebel 70,000 John Hicks 69,000 Anne MOTHER Barrett 68,900 Ginge 67,300 Harry Dukey 61,000 Grahm Carter 59,200 Donago Sloss 54,700 Colin Napier 54,400 David Shaw 52,700 Alex Psele 48,600 Greg Roan 47,900 Gavin Cree 47,000 Vinod Jadav 45,300 Sean Lhuiller (sp?) 38,200 John Hammond 27,000
I don't have the prize pool yet, though we know it's £50,000 in total but we still await the split of how it will be paid.
I believe the plan is to pay 26 players, though that's not official yet. 26 is a manageable "bubble" as it would be 3 tables of 9 fighting out the bubble, so no tables would be at an advantage or disadvantage.
Thanks for this...isn’t Andy Shotton, aka David, aka SidV? If so we’ll played
Problem with real names is apart from @IrishRose - well done with 107- they could be anybody from sky.....70k is not too shabby TK SO
Good luck to you both, hopefully you don’t meet up with jammy ‘the river always hits’ Grogan!!
Lots of familiar faces, including Groggs, Ambo, SidV79, TheSaw, Craig, DaveyZZ, fredsgirl, Stand Up Sit Down, lolufold, MOTHER, Sky James, StayOrGo, Vinny & I daresay a few more.

Sadly, Sidv79 is not amongst the Day A survivors.
