Website Changes - Bug List

If you have identified a bug following the Sky Poker website upgrade on December 14th, could you please feedback on this thread and we will ensure all items are addressed in a future release. 

It would also help if you mentioned which browser you are using (can be found by clicking 'Help' and 'About' in your browser window above).

    Am I the only person for which the forum MARK ALL READ functions have never worked since they were implemented months ago? Both the forum level and thread level versions.

    Doesn't matter which PC or browser (Explorer, Firefox, Safari)

    this is a strange one has i have tested using a couple of browsers and it works for me. i'll continue looking into this one and update you.

    another quick heads up for everyone the option to scroll through pages of a thread (as before) should be at both the top and bottom of each thread. somehow during the migration this has gone walkabout. we are working to bring this back soon.

    i may have posted this before but make sure your page is 100% loaded before clicking the button. you should see  'done' in the bottom left corner of your browser window when it's ready. if you click before this state then the functionality will not work.

    my apologies if you already do this, i just thought i'd mention it in case it helped you at all.

    hmmm odd, i use firefox and it works like a dream.

    i will go back and investigate this one further.

    Hi Rich, not sure about the new pages yet but on the old ones I had a similar problem which was that quite often after I have read all the posts in a discussion I would sign off but when I came back it wouldn't recognise that I had read any of the posts in that thread. It didn't happen all the time but was annoying when it did happen.  FYI I am in IE8 with Vista.

    Hi Rich, not sure about the new pages yet but on the old ones I had a similar problem which was that quite often after I have read all the posts in a discussion I would sign off but when I came back it wouldn't recognise that I had read any of the posts in that thread.     ok thanks for this Steve. all noted down and i will investigate further.

    just a really quick one here - the community and all its features work and look really nice in firefox. so if you are a regular community user probably worth downloading and using this browser.

    Other than that, it's an amazing upgrade so well done to all involved!! A+ and 25million house points!!

    Means you have to keep scrolling back up to the top of the thread to get to the next page.

    thanks guys.

    we are aware of this one. something went walkabout during the migration but we are working to bring it back. (hopefully tomorrow)

    not a major issue but when you use find a player, the table list comes up but u cant difrentiate between omaha and hold'em tables.

    unless ive overlooked it??

    Good job on the new look site, as always with these things you'll get half the people shouting "bring back the old layout" and half saying "I love it", I'll sit firmly on the fence and shout "bring back love", anyway...

    A couple of problems I've noticed, this is using Firefox 3.0.15.  I can look in IE if needed (EDIT: Looked in IE and the My Profile bug is still there but the Add New Post box bug isn't)

    If you right click my profile to open in a new window or tab it opens but it comes up with an empty profile:







    Sometimes at the bottom of a forum thread the add new post box is corrupt:







    Also, not bugs but requests:

    Could the community tab have a drop down with option to Home, Forum and Blogs?
    Could the left hand column links for Forum Topics be removed as it is a complete duplication of what is already there.
    In fact could the left hand column links for Forum Topics and Popular Blogs be removed making the community pages the full width of the screen.  The Forum Topics is a duplication and if people wanted to go to the Blogs section they would have gone to the Blogs home page.  That would make the community forum pages so much more readable and easier to navigate, reduce scrolling etc.  Since Sky Poker is based on it's community I think this would make a huge difference to the people who frequent it.

    There is only 1 Bug I have noticed on the Sky Poker Website and that is

    RICH ORFORD  Cmon you Tkayers let get him

    Just a small issue, in the dym lobby, under the tickbox full, but above piccy of roulette wheel it has got (edit) in the small margin

    As I type this there is a small 6 legged bug walking across the screen, He's a sort of brown colour with big eyes, I've called him Cyril, can I have him entered into the bug list please?............That's the only bug I have at the moment.
