Once that's sorted, they will look at how they deal with MTT's which were in play at the time.

I doubt too much will get clarified tonight, but Sky Poker are always very fair in these situations, & I'm certain they will be on this occasion. However, it may - & very likely will - be tomorrow morning before the "mop-up" is fully sorted.
Some parts of the affected sites (Poker, Vegas Casino) are now starting to recover & being restarted, but this may take some time as parts of the database need to be checked & verified.
All the tech teams are on the case & it is being dealt with as a Priority 1.
Any tournament that started prior to when the incident happened has been settled. Customers who were still in the tournaments were awarded a payout based on the number of chips that they had left at the time. (ICM-based).
All MTT's due to start between 9pm & 10.30pm have been cancelled. Refunds have been issued to those who had registered.
All Sit and Go’s that were active at the time were settled based on the number of chips that the customer had at the time.
Hi Tony, Don’t forget to don the blue UN “battle bowler” for the coming storm. Seriously, it is disappointing for sure, but, in the grand scheme of things, it is a mere trifle and any reasonable person knows these things happen. No moans from the sensible players.
hi tikay was on 9 turbos dyms had no refund as of yet, no problem as sure it will get sorted. my issue is all the tables I was on keep re appearing but saying communication issues, meaning I cant load any more games. should I just leave it till tomorrow?

MTT's that were in progress when the problems arose have been settled, with payments to players based on ICM, as per the T & C's.All MTT's due to start between 9pm & 10pm have been cancelled.
Satellites in progress have been voided, & buy-ins refunded I believe.

The root cause of the problem was identified, & then resolved, but it takes some time to re-start everything, and that process is now under way.Update at 22.35

It may take a while before everything is back to where it should be, please bear with them.
In some cases (not all) , it might not be sorted until the morning, sorry about that.
Take a look at the tables you were playing, the funds are maybe tied up there.
