    Yes, some tables are still frozen, the techos are trying to sort them right now, & the associated issues (balances/buy-ins "frozen" on table etc).

    Not quite sure about the ICM thing. I was playing the mini with a 20,000 stack and had just taken a 2nd bounty as the system crashed yet only showing a £5.75 return.

    Probs just me but that doesnt seem quite right. anyway hope nobody has a dig at @tikay10 . Its not his fault.

    Yes, it's taking a while, but it will all get sorted, most of it tonight with a mop-up in the morning.

    Hi Mark,

    I can't comment at present as I don't now, but I can promise that will be looked at in the morning, & if a further adjustment is required, it will be sorted.

    Impressed by how quickly ICM payouts were sorted.

    In all honesty, it probably did me a favour - I think it's the first time I've ever shown a profit in both the main and the mini on the same night :D

    That's me done for tonight, but if there are any more questions or queries, stick them on here & the Office will look at them in the morning & get them sorted if necessary.

    Tomorrow will be a better day.

    I'm off to make my nightcap, gonna have an extra strong one tonight.

    thanks for help tikay - appear to have no refund for £12 sat with 1 x £110 summit seat. We were three handed at the time. Also not sure any other sattelites have been refunded

    Update, 0830 Wednesday Morning - Refunds

    Morning.

    As you know, many of the refunds were processed last night (Main, Mini etc), but there was still quite a mop-up exercise to sort out this morning.

    Here's the plan;

    20.05 Summit direct sat will pay out the 3 remaining players with an ICM payout

    19.30 Summit semi was on the bubble so all players still left in will be paid £110 (which was the buy in for the Summit)

    20.15 Summit Late reg sat will pay all remianing players an ICM payout

    The Vegas quarter will be refunded. This had only been running 7 minutes and nobody was out

    The 10pm Bounty Hunter will pay out full refunds



    These refunds will be processed today, almost certainly this morning, the Office are working through them all right now.

    If further info becomes available, we'll let you know on this thread.
