I wouldnt disagree with much of that. Although I dis watch The responder, and thought it was just ok. I am getting older now, and my memory is not what it was, so I much prefer the ability to download a full series straight off. I dont understand why they allow this in some cases, but not others. It doesnt really make sense in 2022. All episodes of the bay are available on the ITV Hub. I cant get access on my tv, but can on my laptop. Although I am not sure why I cant get anything from the ITV Hub to actually play on my laptop. I will have to look into in further.

Really enjoying them. As someone who read the books first, they have been as good as I hoped.
Biggest plus point-the casting. Helps when the author is the Executive Producer. Bosch himself is different to how I imagined-a little too East Coast. But-much like Tom Cruise as Reacher-sheer class as an Actor makes up for that. Rest are remarkably similar to how I imagined them.
One minor niggle. Most episodes have a minute or 2 filmed in near total darkness, like so many US productions. Brilliant.
Most of The Wire cast ended up in Treme.
Have to agree here. However a related question in the same vein. What on earth possessed Lee Child to allow Hollywood's smallest actor to portray Jack Reacher who is 6 foot 5 and 250 lbs.
I refused to watch the second film "Never go back" after the glaring anomalies of the first.
As someone who has read and re read all, 25 to date, Jack Reacher books and yes I'm such a fan that this would be my specialist "Mastermind" subject, this is one franchise that fails to transition to the big screen with any real conviction.

I like Sky. But not Sky Cinema.
