goldon, don’t go rushing out and buying vitamin D on its own. Noooo good, leads to calcification, noooo good. You need Vitamin D3 with K2. Or just tuck into plenty of dairy, oily fish, mushrooms,etc,etc.
I needed to clear that up, as I wouldn’t want to be responsible for any stiffies.
