Take no Notice Chill every little helps in the Fight against Forum boredom. People with low attention span can re-read Brexit Thread. cough!!
With our news on all day, folks forget there’s a big world out there. Some have slightly different approaches to different situations. I chose Brussels as that’s where the EU are based. There are 100’s of countries I could choose from, and put up 1000’s of posts. But if I post anything, I’ll try to make it as late as possible, so this thread doesn’t get bumped all day. The title of the thread points to spotting different approaches by some countries, or if their approach is the same as ours. Feel free to post anything from abroad, hopefully less from the U.K., as it’s on tv all day.

I clearly don't have the same attention span as @goldon although this did not come as a shock to me.
There is a big world out there. And most of what is on the internet is pretty dull at the moment. The were 2 problems with your initial post. You provided in full 26 news items in 1 post (and the interesting first news item got lost). And you used Belgium for most of them, which is a worthy but dull country with a fairly uninteresting approach to coronavirus.
Here are 3 things that I find interesting about different countries' approaches. Each in 1 sentence.
1. The Phillipines approach mentioned at the top of your initial post
Are such actions akin to terrorism, and is it indicative of increased distrust of "foreigners" throughout the world?
2. Sweden.
Its approach is different to pretty much everywhere else-does a global pandemic need a consistent global response?
3. The USA
Fascinating to watch the tension in a Federal Country between individual States and Country-compare and contrast to the UK, where the Mayor of London appears to have no power and no voice

Yes I know. I’ve said I could have probably posted thousands. In the initial post, it shows some rules etc are similar to here, some are not. I’d really like to find out stories on the behind the scenes dealings between countries. A good opportunity for corruption to rear its head. Some of the “ arrangements”, will hopefully be out in the open one day.
Two border force officers test positive as Australian deaths rise to 24 Australia Australia 5,136 tested positive 422 recovered 24 deaths Coronavirus: Artania cruise ship stand-off continues in Australia.
