It is usually the larger BI games which I swerve if I don't manage to satellite into. I am playing most of the £11/£22/£33 ones though, whether I satellite in or have to buy in direct. Hence, my accounts show how much I spend on Buy In's, not necessarily the actually buy in. If that makes sense.
Hi Alan Was good to share the last couples tables with you, well played getting there ( lucky s... 😉) Kudos for your reaction to being rivered when aipf when you dominated , maybe try that PL08 one later - it will defo suit your game , and you never get rivered by worse hands

Absobloodlylutely. I have sort of set myself a budget for this but did not want to disclose it prior to the start, which would have put added pressure on me.
I still know that I am realistically going to 'fail' this challenge. Sky bet go bigger odds on this than having a MINI UKOPS.
I am just going to take it one day at a time and see where it goes. I will however quit if the time is right to do so. I also realise there are a couple of folks who would love to see me fail/make a big loss and jump all over that fact. Thankfully, there are a lot more folks hoping I succeed (I hope).

I see no reason why you shouldn’t make a profit I think right now your game is pretty suited to those mtts and how people are playing You’re very patient and while outcomes like the one with QQ v 42 will happen, mostly you’ll win those
Earlyish evening report. Was actually getting tired tonight playing the last few events and was more interested in watching Quantum Leap on forces TV than the poker. I really dont think I should have played the last event. I didnt realise it was a 'hyper rebuy manic tournament' . The play was just crazy at times. Had two really good players on my opening table though in Marc Railtard & Alves. It played out like a cash game (imo).
Went for a long walk today to clear my head. My 1st exercise for a week. I walked to the shops (because if I moved my car out the street, I would not be able to park it when I got back). I also went to the shop where my lad works part time and who I have not seen for weeks now. Longest ever in my life so poker helps distract the pain. Speaking on the phone is just not the same. Anyway, after going up every aisle, I asked a supervisor if he was out the back. She said he wasn't working today. Ooooops, I thought it was Friday.
