Had a thought last night. Would there be any interest in either a Discord server or Skype group for MML participants? Seems like a fun way to sweat deep runs, make fun of @MAXALLY, alert me to roundup mistakes without embarrassing me publicly, and engage in positive and uplifting bantz. I'll set it up if it seems worth it.
Apart from being totally clueless on all matters Skype and T’internet., I like to play in the front room whilst watching tv, I can envision certain folk being a bit wary of people doing this whilst playing , not a fan of it myself, but as you say .. there are positives to balance the potential dodgy ness .
It's a bit of a sad week for Sky Poker players, with guarantees dropping across the site. It hasn't hit us too hard yet, with only the 20:00 £1,000 Guaranteed Bounty Hunter dropping its guarantee to £750, and a big chunk coming off the Mini Main Events, but who knows what else is to come. When times are hard I find myself seeking comfort in literature, so here's a comforting passage from Haruki Murakami's Kafka on the Shore: "Every one of us is losing something precious to us. Lost opportunities, lost possibilities, reduced guarantees we can never get back again. That's part of what it means to be alive."
It was a good night for the MML desite the bad news with cashes in almost 20% of our entries and 9 final tables. 706 points handed out in total, which I think is a new high score.
It's always a little awkward when I have a good night. It's not easy to keep up this humble facade that I don't like to brag. But there I am, locking up last night's only win. When you're good, you're good. Fortunately newcomer @jcrazar1 is here to relieve me of some awkwardness, bagging 160 points from two second place finishes. We also got final table appearances from @cenachav, @MAXALLY, @JACKDAW, @mumsie, @Toffeeandy, and @thisltedu, who had an impressive second place finish in the Mini Predator.
That's going to see @jcrazar1 tie things up with @engy at the top of the leaderboard, @MAXALLY jumping to third, and me in fourth, making my first appearance ITM since week 2. There's no way @MAXALLY can keep this pace up, right?
I'm also going to use this space to briefly mention that @Dany0 has added a place for MML participants to hang out on his Sky Poker Discord server. There were a good few of us in there last night and it was lots of fun. You can join us there tonight by clicking this link.

Last night a player, who is not part of this league, insisted on going all in with every single hand. I mean every hand. It wasn't a freeroll either. He picked up the blinds for a while as everybody just folded. Then I was lucky enough to be dealt pocket aces. I flat called, knowing that he would slam them in. Sure enough, he did with his j/4 off.
As he bowed out of the tournament he wrote in the chat box "gg"!!! I could only think to reply "Really?"
Takes all sorts I suppose but I couldn't help feeling he would have been better if he used his buy in fee to play on the slots in Sky Casino.
As I'm knocking about - and you probably still are too and you might not get an answer until the morning from one of the organisers - I'll just let you know the answer is yes, absolutely. Get involved
