Kamala Harris' price has collapsed from 1000 a couple of hours ago, to 440 now.

Strange especially as the market rules suggest that they pay out on the election result, and not on who is sworn in eventually.

I think there was over £50k matched at 1000. That's a lot of money tied up until that's settled. This market could hit over half a billion matched. :0

The exact same thing happened with Mike Pence 4 years ago.

I think Biden gets PA. It wouldn't be crazy to call it a lock and that will be settled long before 12th.

It's so crazy that people still support Trump. It's a gargantuan problem.

I'm convinced he has lost his mind.

As have all his voters and supporters.

It's not a coincidence they are all far right loons going crazy about conspiracy theories.

He won't admit to loosing anything but has applied to the Supreme Court to find out who fraudulently misplaced it.

I listened to a fella on Kay Burley this morning who claimed that the site below contains video proof of frauds taking place.
I looked at one, and rather than it being video evidence of voter fraud, it was video of an anonymous person making claims about what his supervisor allegedly said.

Trump has finally lost the plot.
He appeared last night claiming that the Democrats were robbing him of Georgia, when the bloke in charge is a staunch Republican friend of his.

Revenge is a dish best served chilled! Greta Thunberg urges Donald Trump to 'chill' and 'work on his anger management' as he rages over US election - 11 months after he told HER the exact same thing

Greta Thunberg (centre) took to social media to poke fun at President Donald Trump (left) and urged him to 'chill' as he continued to demand the nation stop counting votes amid the presidential election. The 17-year-old climate change activist mimicked a tweet the President had directed at her last year in which he reacted to the announcement that that she had been named Person Of The Year by Time Magazine. In his tweet last year the President wrote: 'So ridiculous. Greta must work on her anger management problem, then go to a good old-fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, chill!' Thunberg's comments come as President Trump launched a furious tweet demanding that the counts for the presidential election needed to be stopped early on Thursday morning. Mr Trump expressed confidence he would win the election but said his campaign would sue in the battleground states where Joe Biden won.

Friday briefing: Trump's hail of election lies from White House podium

In a droning, deflated-sounding monologue from the White House press room, the president has reeled off a stream of florid lies about the validity of the election and drawn a false distinction between “legal” votes and those cast by mail – framing the latter as illegal, when they are not. Some television networks including MSNBC cut away from the speech in short order because of the president’s lies, as Republican officialdom disowned his remarks and his support from Republican-leaning commentators appeared to implode in real time. Trump walked out after the speech without taking questions, meaning he could not be challenged on his manifold baseless assertions –the biggest and fattest of which we have debunked here line by line.

Larry Hogan, the Republican governor of Maryland, wrote after the speech: “There is no defence for the president’s comments tonight undermining our democratic process. America is counting the votes, and we must respect the results as we always have before. No election or person is more important than our democracy.” Chris Christie, New Jersey’s former Republican governor, said the president had the right to raise concerns but “show us the evidence. We heard nothing today about any evidence.” The incumbent and his followers are furious at Fox News, which has been putting on an unaccustomed display of objectivity, calling states in favour of Biden and picking apart the president’s claims.

Trump sounded defeated and some Republicans now want him out of the party

History may call it the death rattle of this presidency. Right now, the election needs to be called first.

Donald Trump's advisers had reportedly advised him against rolling out his allegations of electoral fraud, but he ignored them.

Maryland's Republican Governor Larry Hogan tweeted: "There is no defence for the President's comments tonight undermining our Democratic process."

Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger tweeted: "STOP Spreading debunked misinformation... This is getting insane."

Eric Trump tweeted: "Where are Republicans! Have some backbone. Fight against this fraud. Our voters will never forget you if your (sic) sheep! "

Many Republicans would prefer to see Donald Trump recycled out of the party for the party's sake. Enabling such a scenario comes with significant risk to personal and party ambition.

Not for the first time with this president, it is a balance of priorities and principles.

The best thing about Biden is that hes not Trump.
Although he does seem to be struggling mentally.
He introduced one of his granddaughters the other day as his dead son, and made a comment about 4 more years of George.

Trump blocks postal funds to prevent expanded mail-in voting

President Donald Trump says he opposes additional funds for the US Postal Service as it would boost mail-in voting he claims would help Democrats.

Mr Trump has previously claimed that mail-in voting would hurt his campaign, which polls show to be in a tight race with Democratic candidate Joe Biden.

Democrats denounced Mr Trump's comment, saying his position is an attempt to prevent Americans from voting him out.

A record number of people are expected to vote by mail due to the pandemic.

On Wednesday, Mr Trump told reporters he refused to sign off on $25bn (£19bn) in emergency funding for the Postal Service or $3.5bn for election security due to the high price tag.

Mr Trump has repeatedly condemned mail-in voting as an opportunity for fraud and election interference.

On Thursday, he said his reason for blocking the funds was due to his opposition to mail-in ballots.

"They want $3.5bn for something that will turn out to be fraudulent. That's election money, basically," Mr Trump said in a telephone interview with Fox Business Network.

"Now they need that money in order to make the post office work so it can take all of these millions and millions of ballots," he continued.

He added: "Now, if we don't make a deal, that means they don't get the money. That means they can't have universal mail-in voting, they just can't have it."

Despite Mr Trump's claims, there is little evidence that mail-in voting - which the US military uses - is rife with fraud or that it favours one political party more than another.

A spokesman for Mr Biden condemned the comment, saying: "The president of the United States is sabotaging a basic service that hundreds of millions of people rely upon, cutting a critical lifeline for rural economies and for delivery of medicines, because he wants to deprive Americans of their fundamental right to vote safely during the most
catastrophic public health crisis in over 100 years."

"This is an assault on our democracy and economy by a desperate man who's terrified that the American people will force him to confront what he's done everything in his power to escape for months - responsibility for his own actions," added spokesman Andrew Bates.

The US postal system is currently experiencing a slowdown in mail deliveries, which critics say is due to policies put in place by Mr Trump's selection to run the service.

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, who donated millions to Mr Trump's campaign and to other Republicans, has been accused of deliberately undermining public confidence in the service to deter people from mail-in voting.

US election 2020: Do postal ballots lead to voting fraud?

President Trump has criticised the expansion of postal voting in the presidential election, claiming it leads to widespread fraud - but what evidence is there?

Mail-in ballots are very dangerous - there's tremendous fraud involved.
    Donald Trump
    US President

But the rate of voting fraud overall in the US is less than 0.0009%, according to a 2017 study by the Brennan Center for Justice.

And Federal Election Commission head Ellen Weintraub has said: "There's simply no basis for the conspiracy theory that voting by mail causes fraud."

This election is over, bar the political posturing. This is because the lead in the electoral college is going to be too large for a single successful challenge to make enough difference.

Let's start by looking at the current numbers (270 being the magic number).

    Biden 253 (on BBC-higher elsewhere) Trump 214.

It's not impossible that a legal challenge OR a recount might work in Wisconsin or Michigan (10-20% chance) but that would only switch 10 or 16.

Then add in the ones where the result is practically certain:-

Arizona (Biden) 11, Georgia (Biden) 16, Alaska (Trump) 3.

    Biden 280, Trump 217.

That just leaves the close ones. I think the likeliest results are:-

Nevada (Biden) 6, Pennsylvania (Biden) 20, N Carolina (Trump) 15.

Leaving a result of 306-232. Meaning Trump would need to succeed in switching 37 electoral college votes. That just is not going to happen.

It's been a shoo-in for a while now but when we get paid is still a bit grey wrt to recounts and Trump shenanigans. Some of my action is on btc book and I don't feel safe on there till paid. Mind you, looking at btc price might be better off just keeping hold of it.
