Fire a deposit limit on and then withdraw BR completely.
I have not deposited since the £10 to start this challenge, have the money to play just not the desire and find coming on to play is just a little too easy, playing when i clearly have something else to do around the house ect. so need a break.
Is it an addiction or just something to fill a void, i'm not sure, and i expect for most on here if we are honest its a bit of both.
Whilst the main challenge above got me a little down at times my focus to complete it was always there, maybe thats what is missing, forced time away is my only option at this time.
Then maybe i come back with a £0 to 10k that should keep me busy for a while.
Its not about having not having the money. But putting on a deposit limit that then means you can't deposit just gives you the "breathing space" that you might need without needing to self exclude. Whenever you have the urge to play on sky you can't as it takes 24 hours to change limits; and its less intrusive to a self exclusion.
If you self exclude for 7 days I'm pretty sure you can't even log on.
Either way, good luck and look after yourself as number one priority.
@PKRpar you are correct, you cannot log on or post if you self exclude or to use the correct terminology in my case make use of the cool down function.
I am sure some players would benefit from using this from time to time and should check it out. A choice of timescales from 1 to 30 days, self exclusion coming from 30 days to 5 years.
Use of these functions would also benefit players prone to using Casino, Vegas and Sky Bet as you can opt to purely choose to play on just sky poker.
Whilst thinking i may not be able to post, i chose a 4 day cool down period as updating the PLO8 league especially for the final week of the season was equally important to me as having a few days off playing, i guess i could have gone for 5 days but at least i will be able to play tonight.

overall a good night which started as my lobby was running slow mis-clicking entry into the 18:00 £22 (don't like to buy directly into these buy ins) instead of the £2.20 18:05 but that ended ok. and finishing with 3 all in sats successes one of which ended with another FT.
I will have to put this on the back burner for reporting at least until i can accurately access my results.
With the current 'compliance' regulations affecting the accounts page only way i could see me getting my results would be to pay for a sharkscope subscription which in itself would be skewed, one way or another.
