In heads up SNG's, should we be able to have the decision whether to play the game or decline?

As usual i have an example straight off the bat.... This is the standard im playing below... so i can safely play A3 with a pair strongly when i make my low...cos some players are not looking at the low whatsoever and my notes tell me this..... whereas a decent standard i proceed with caution.

So clearly i can make adjustments, knowing my low will be good as he doesnt consider it at all.

You can poke fun at 'me being a teeny tiny whatever'.... i accept that the level is so bad, it doesnt make me God. But it does put me in a really good position to see how the deck is working more than most. So you can call me a little fish, its cool.... but i can spot bad players and i can spot incredible help these players get.

    If there was any doubt of the standard, lets consider this hand moments ago for a sizeable pot. Would i ever lose a whole game to this standard with a real deck? Pot limit, slow blinds, patience... i would lose this once in blue moon, when this is what he is calling;

Are we just going to ignore the limp call with no low? you played the hand dreadfully and somehow blame him, as Jac said 'Seek help'

Whenever i read replies, ive always had an example just minutes ago.... strange that huh?

Here we have a chase into oblivion, for the game win.... any hi lo player will know he is playing just to get his chips back if he hits.....

We know Phil and Beer that the turn has not helped my hand and i should have done this and that.... but lets look at the opponent, what he is chasing and what he should know in that he is playing for half... and keep to the point.

i suppose you have to get into the mind of the villain and attempt to understand his thought process, is he a thinking player, or just playing on luck.....you percieve him as lucky only so your thoughts about this hand and others will always be tainted.....

seeing patterns in a random collection of data or experiences is normal human behaviour, does a random card deal over time look
random, no........why not?.....because its random and humans dont recognise random, we find patterns........google something like, identifying patterns in randomness, eat the red pill, free your mind as morpheous says.

After all the info i have given you on the player and the blinds of 20/40, id suggest its you who should seek help!

And of course, i dont blame the player in any way, what am i blaming him for!??

A couple of players thanked me in a tourn the other day for 'taking on the massive ego's' on here.... theres a lot of comments getting things very wrong, not taking in the info and some just plain ignoring any info other than the hands they see.

And then you find these main ego's play £5 MTTs (essexphil), £6 average STTs (Bean81) and even the one you claim to be an online 'pro'... plays £11 DYMs (JohnMonty)!!!!

I play at Sky for £1/£2, looking for change long term and because its the only version of the game available to me, primarily for leisure. The way these guys speak, they think a helluver lot of themselves for the stakes they play!

I play small time, admit it and are happy for EssexPhil to continuely bring it up and use it as a dig. It obviously makes him feel superior. But jesus guys, you think you are big time??? Its stakes a fifth - tenth of what i played when i took it seriously, your ego's are through the roof.

Did those tourney players also thank you for the epic-level trolling?

Or indeed, a flopped hi straight on a high only board losing almost all of the time..... heads up

A flopped hi straight on a high only board is not a great hand in Omaha is it ?. Seriously, even heads up there are still 76.93% of the available cards to come after the flop. Now 2 of those will be burned but that leaves a whole host of flushes, boats and quads to make.

The other thing you seem to think is that people are going to play optimally for stakes that are about 25% of a Costa Skinny Vento Cappucino. They are not.

If you flop the nut straight on a hi straight only flop, you could show me your cards and for a quid I'm calling with any flush draw / 2 pr / set.

Well that didn't come out right.
@TheEdge949 This was the last hand of a HU Hilo last night.
I had 2 pair, a flush draw and an inside straight draw.
The flopped straight on the hi only board won.
Who would have thought that was possible?
