In heads up SNG's, should we be able to have the decision whether to play the game or decline?

I just wanted to show you this hand..... as its a complete first.... Get this... a guy pushes in on the flop (he was going to do this whatever the flop was, so its a comfortable call)... he has no made hand, an inside str8 draw and just back door low and flush opportunites.... but no real hand....

It lost!!!!!!!! Wow, seriously a real first. I mean he did make a nut flush on the river (whilst drawing dead), which obviously fits in with the enhanced hands we get should the betting get to the river.... but it did indeed not split or scoop from flimsy chances.... A complete first for me, the sort of one i challenged players to put up if they ever saw one lose!

Well ive seen one for myself, after hundreds and thousands of hands. Im in shock......

Hey i try and make it a bit more interesting, you will have to excuse the guys with the rods up their ****....

    Your ego is ridiculous.

Clogging up the lobbies with regs that don't want to play each other has been a long-term problem. Giving the open sitters the option to decline would only make that worse. You have to earn the right to own the lobby, which means you have to be willing to play anybody.

I had to laugh at this quote and consider how honest these guys consider themselves to be. Heres a cross section of all heads up games available at 6.15pm. The 'clogging' seems to have subsided somewhat

I'm sure you believe you are making a telling, incisive point.

I haven't a clue what it is. But then I don't inhabit waddyworld.

It's Summer. Traffic is down. And you believe that the solution would be to give the choice to decline a match with anyone who comes 2nd to a HU table. Although I am at a loss to work out why this would help traffic.

    This would help how, exactly?

Your village has asked for advance notice before you book a holiday. So they have ample time to find a new idiot :)

Maybe Kinda and Essexphil could have a look at the title of the thread.... is it about cash tables or me wanting to improve traffic??

If there is only me sat there and there is literally 2 people i would refuse to play due to unacceptable comments, who turn up once every 3 weeks or so, how is this 'clogging up' anything. The heads up tables look like this nearly all day long....

Maybe you 2 could apply for that post of village idiot....

You're talking about heads up sit n gos, if you looked at the cash tables you will notice they are clogged up with no one playing against each other

Alot of unknown players wandered in from the casino today into the HU hi lo games... max raise preflop, max bet EVERY flop, EVERY turn, etc etc.

The strange thing was, as always in such games where they are playing blindfold.... even though its a small blind, slow structure, pot limit, 2 pot game..... i barely won a hand... God these games would be so so easy with a real deck...... all you need is one hand in like 30mins to tie up the game.....

Its a 2 pot game, im calling like A23k double suited over and over... and not flopping a pair or draw of any sort whatsoever over and over.... this is because they have just wandered in and it spreads the wins round, you just can not beat an unkown playing in this very exploitable manner online....
