    From help page
However, if you withdraw to a Barclay's or Nationwide Debit Card, these withdrawals should reach your account within 2 hours, due to being part of the Fast Withdrawal scheme.

    Has this been resolved now?

I've managed to get up to speed on what's been happening, & I know all the right people are on the case.

A very small number of customers were affected, but even so it is being dealt with as a very high priority.

    OK, understood.

I know they are still working on it, & typically, banking issues tend to get settled overnight when they do their big daily date run.

Let's catch up again in the morning.

    It has happened Haysie

I hope it was at least £100k, to justify all this attention?

Please start a new thread when (hopefully) the matter is resolved @eon1961 .

Then start another one saying what you spent the withdrawal on.

Then another one with what you are saving for.

Then another 5 threads per day with every pound spent.

Plus another one with how the daily papers have handled the situation.

Please feel free to duplicate any postings you wish into numerous threads.

I'm sure sky could make this malfunction right with a small compensation in the form of a tournament ticket or similar.

Does seem like a pretty big gaff, that could effect the customer quite a lot depending on their financial situation. Imagine having a bill to pay, withdrawing from sky thinking all is good, only to discover money removed from your bank just when you need it most, on top of what you tried to withdraw...

    Hi mate,

Another non update update for you.

I've just been in direct contact with the Team who are dealing with this, & they are again looking urgently at addressing the matter.

It remains unclear where the problem sits - the Banks, or SB&G. Both are looking at each other from what I can tell.

I might get a slap from my bosses for getting involved in this, as it's well outside my remit, but I appreciate its a serious matter & needs resolving.

Hopefully I will be able to update you better later today, certainly if I hear anything I will let you know.

Be assured all the right people are on the case.

    Apologies for all this.
