Waddy, you’re claiming there’s an algorithm at play with various rules prescribing outcomes. As soon as you state what these rules are they’re easy to disprove and so you shift the goalposts. Something you said you never see all of a sudden was seen, but it’s only 1/100 etc, so the algorithm isn’t working in absolutes? Or maybe someone switched it off?
What is the theory now, that the algorithm is different for specific players? Or do you still claim that the software is looking out for good/bad play and adjusting from there.
At least be bold enough to state your claim, despite how ridiculous it might sound.

@bbMike I think that was the problem with players getting kicker out and unable to load tables the other night, Sky's software had to update its algorithm as Waddy has them on the back foot now!
I dont know what you want me to make of 1 in hundreds. If the maths tell me that something is more than odd, i listen to it. Its maths. It cant be argued.
The hardest games of hi lo online, are those who are playing for the first time and have little knowledge of even what qualifies as a lo hand. In a slow structured heads up game, this should be easy to pick off with a little patience.
In my experience, in this scenario there is a humongous amount of long odds rivers, somehow keeping the novice in the game. Then, when the blinds are big, the set up hand comes where you have a big hand that ultimately gets beaten.
Its a recurring thing, that is extremely noticeable. I have no idea the ins and outs of how sites work, but they dont allow 'giving away', as it would be really bad for business.
I saw 'DoubleMe' said on another thread that he prefers Sky as it has 'less variance' than other sites. Im told all sites are random and its ridiculous to suggest otherwise... so shouldnt they all be exactly the same!? I actually agree with him, that Sky is the best to play on, we both agree there is 'less variance' than the average online site, yet are polar opposites in how this works.

It is hard to know with your posts whether you are trying to frame things in a certain way and hope no one says anything or if you just lack knowledge.
Is it relevant, or are you just pushing a question that will be no for almost everyone? Will this then make you the winner? Only in a back room in Vegas would you possibIy find a HU PLO8 game.
I play home games, ive never been in a healthy lead thinking there is no way i can win this game... ever. Why would I? Its a real deck, before you say it has to be in an official capacity, f me.
I think MattBates and EssexPhil have been so consumed by professional games over the years, they drift away from reality with their EV, etc BS. It is not relevant here.
The situations are simple. Can a deck produce hundreds of the same outcome on the run in a 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 situation? It cant. Online it can. All we need to know.
What percentage of games do you expect to win thewaddy, I mean 70% is pretty high. Do you deserve to win every game and the ones you lose are obviously rigged
Actually it can, just as it's possible to toss a coin and get the same result time after time even though it is a perfect 50/50 call.
Come on St Mark, you can do better than this. Im talking hundreds. If you use a search engine to access a coin flip calculator, the chance of getting 50 heads out of 50 flips is 0.0000000000001%.
So what can i take from losing like on 888 Poker, where i recorded literally hundreds on the run in a certain situation that i discussed? Maths say just 50 is virtually impossible. The maths couldnt be any clearer in telling me that this was not a random occurence.
I have no idea why experienced poker players speak out in favour of this kind of performance. We know why MattBates and EssexPhil do, as they have done very well out of poker sites, a lot more winnings/packages than they would have likely to have achieved if it was not for their existence.
You guys seem to hang off their every word, but they are simply pulling the wool over your eyes for their own gain. Its disappointing, as if players with influence put it to good effect, we could get change a lot quicker.
But it will come eventually, just a helluver lot slower than i ever anticipated.
The games at the moment are just incredible. Everyone who has sat for last few days, are playing hold em within a hi lo game. They just cant lose!
Id absolutely love to sit down with a Sky rep and go through the hands and the longgggggggggggg string of incredible runner runners. The calls on the flop with completely no hand, other than hi cards, as some would at hold em with an all low flop, trying just to hit a high pair.
Apparently this can be a winning strategy in a slow blinds structure, heads up game for 50 minutes or so.
When the likes of Tikay, EssexPhil, MattBates say 'remind us of the difference between this and a real deck again?'.... errr maths and endless massive combined odds saves?
Would it end the thread if we just said that you’re right and all these people who are infinitely better than you at poker and 10 times smarter are wrong?
They are better at me at poker AND they have worked themselves into such good positions within online poker sites, that it would be absolutely stupid of them to agree with the absolute obvious!
Personally, as a fan of real poker, these people are letting the game down for the own selfish gain. The only people who follow them have one by one in the last few months, revealed themselves to be leading quite dysfunctional lives.

Its all quite a sad forum on a whole really.
well stop posting then........ 'coz we will be happier if you do
I think Mr Hayes @HAYSIE has a rival for the ON & ON & ON title
See you at the SPT in Manchester for some REAL Poker ......... and a beer!!

I think you may be right. I think when player 'Arrogant' makes a post about making $40k in 6 months, then shows he is far more likely to lose $40k in 6 months and basically says he is a gambling addict on a site that doesnt allow you to log out... and we get the moderator saying 'keep it up, thats fascinating'.....
Then along with all the others here struggling with life, this is not a great place to make 'friends'.....

Field sizes and your ROI effect variance in MTTs.
