I should perhaps explain that the Final Table has been set up in a specific area of the cardroom, & that means we can't see it from our workstation.
Kirsty has set up her stuff right by the table, but she is concentrating on Twitter updates, so I'm running - well waddling - to & from the Final Table from my workstation round the corner.
BFF has just doubled up via The Goose, A-J v Q-Q I am told, with BFF hitting his Ace AND the flush. That suggests The Goose is now 3rd of 3, with Tim Hickling still leading the way. Posted by Tikay10
like to say thanks to all at sky for getting spt back and for TK and the team for the posts hope to see you at the next spt up north will there be a full payout list tomorrow on this thread thanks again
First class updates and the Sky staff have done an amazing job bringing the SPT's back and organising this so well.
Also agree it was a great idea to have the Sky staff playing and I am not just saying that just because I snagged a bounty, honest ;-)
Brilliant showing by the Sky staff too, especially so by Kirsty and James, congrats.
Had a cracking weekend and it was great to chat with so many from the forum and catch up with some of the players from VLV.
Rooting for nmongoose. Had him on my left for hours on day 1 and we had a few laughs and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him (lets hope I haven't bokked him).
Will bore anyone who cares to read it with a blog update tomorrow. There were a load of really interesting hands.

BFF & Tim Hickling just played a very big pot, with Tim being the aggressor all the way.
The board was (something like) 8-9-Q-4-7.
Tim bet a whopping 950,000 on the river, & BFF went into the tank thing for a full 6 or 7 minutes before eventually flicking a single chip in denoting "I call".
Tim immediately turned over 8-8 for the flopped set, & BFF shrugged, tapped the table, said "nice hand" & mucked.
BFF is down to 400,000, which sounds a lot - well it IS a lot - but it's only 5 Bigs, so we can expect serial shoveage from him now, & he'll get looked up pretty light initially.
The players have requested a quick wee break, which has been agreed.
These "comfort breaks" are usually code for "we want to do a deal so need a few minutes to chat", but I doubt that's the case here - Tim does not look the type to do deals, & he has a monster chip lead at present.
Meanwhile, BFF has made something of a comeback, aided by a very odd hand when The Goose min raised from the Button, BFF shoved his last 6 or 7 Bigs in, & The Goose folded. Maybe I misread the stack sizes or something.
BFF is still pretty short though, & blinds will be going 50,000-100,000/10,000 shortly.
It's hard to assess the actual stack sizes as there are so many small denom chips still in play, but it looks to me that Tim has about a 6:1 chip lead at the mo.
Hello everyone! Thank you so much for railing, reading the kind words and wishes are so humbling. It really made me smile. I really wanted this in the bag, but so happy to be last lady standing. I'm getting married next year so the money will be going into my wedding fund. Thanks again, you're all awesome! Sky Kirsty Posted by SkyKirsty

A massive well done all round to Sky!
Blinds up
Level 27 is under way, 40,000-80,000/8,000

Man Overboard
BFF jams with A-4, The Goose looks him up with K-2 suited - & rivers the pesky deuce.
Great effort by BFF.
BigFatfish finishes 3rd for £6,160
So we are Heads Up

All-in & a call
After they see a tricky run-out with vigorous betting, The Goose announces "All-In" & Tim quickly calls.
Tim shows J-3 for two pair, but The Goose is a spot better with Q-3 for a better two pair.
That moves The Goose up to (approx.) 2.5 milly, meaning Tim has 5.6 milly.
