    First break of the day. Tikay claims to have 42k, which seems to be very unlikely. The prizepool stands at £75,400.

    We're half way through level 5. The blinds are 150/300. Matt Bates is currently cruising with 4,100.

    The room is as full as it was yesterday, but the volume is a lot lower. Mostly due to the fact that all the ones making the noise yesterday were consuming copious amounts of alcohol at the bar. They are probably not feeling too clever today.

    Updates have been very difficult today as Tikay is playing and he has left Mark and I doing them. Mark got in at 6am this morning and is as much use as a chocolate fireguard so I have had to do these thrilling updates alone.

    Think I can fold to the end of play. (50,000 @ 600-1,200/200). That'll mean I have not done any work today, but have been paid to play poker.

    I make it 6,000, he shoves for 90,000, with one eye on my Golden Bounty envelope. (49" TV).

    I call off my 40,000.

    He has Qs 3s & got there.
