A very early exit, as Melty flops a set of 9's v Lesley Devine (Glencoe Lads's better half).
Lesley had been mashing the pot button with the aces, Melty flopped his set on the 9 high flop, it went check/bet/check call twice more, & when the Ace rivered there was no escape for Andy.
He's re-entered, obv.
Melty promptly rebought and is now sat talking to me. His second bullet went the same way as the first. He told me how it happened. I've forgotten.
@MacMonster who has played 127 of the 129 hands he has been dealt today (he was absent for the other 2) is down to 10,300, & it's the very last hand before the re-entry period ends.
He sighs, "well I need to double up this hand or re-enter, so I'm all-in".
I mean, does he want a caller there? I guess so, yes.
They all fold round to the big blind, who calls, I mean, he does not need much to call in that spot, does he? So he makes the call with A-3 & some optimism.
Our first Bounty has been revealed. @Sky_Mark is the victim. He was crippled in a hand against @craigcu12 who had KK against Mark's 99.
The next hand, Mark was forced all in in the small blind. After a huge scramble for the bounty it was Mark's A8 against the 6 9 of Ryan Shreeve. A 9 on the turn sealed Mark's fate and he stormed off to the hotel.
Totally gutted couldn't make it down this weekend. Heard a few stories though. Good luck to all that are still in and also.thise that have made it through to day 2.
@Sky__James has hit the rail. He moved his last 10 bigs in with Q9cc but was dominated by @karlluke who had AQ. James had a million out going to the river but there was no joy.
@karlluke has won a Playstation 4. Just what she wanted.

Poor old Melty.
True story incoming.
@sandforddd was amongst Team Messy at the bar last night.
This morning he's in bad shape, real bad shape.
He has a huge bruise on his forehead, a split lip & abrasions all over his face. Not pretty.
Asked how that arose, he just said sort of absently "I'm told a bouncer hit me".
"What? Don't you know?"
No, not really. All I remember is waking up in a stranger's car & the driver asking me for £60.
At that stage, I thought it best not to ask any more questions.
Still, I can't help wondering what the £60 was for.
Any suggestions?
The day's first break is imminent, so I'll get some tales from he tables hopefully, then when they resume I'll go get some photos.
Just watched Grumpy jack aka @Jac35 abso butcher a hand.
Comical scenes when he bet the river & thought Villain had called, but in fact villain had raised.
"You win" says Grumpy, but waited for villain to show. Villain, meanwhile, says "I raised, I'm a-guessing you are not calling?"
Err, sorry. I fold.
