Good luck to all playing today (and tomorrow). This weekend I shall be mostly outside in the sun but hats off to those of you sacrificing the beautiful weather to try to earn the kudos of an SPT victory.
ps nice stack @Tikay10, although I suspect you mean you have 2,874 with antes at 300.
Here's another view of Alea Nottingham, where we are. I took this a few minutes ago, as you can see, the weather is gorgeous, not the best day to be in a window-less poker room.

No, Online buy-ins for SPT Notts are now CLOSED. We are obliged to pay the venue IN ADVANCE for entries, & we simply don't have the time to send them the money today, so the facility is no longer available.
You can buy-in here at the venue with no problem, though.
No recollection at all, although do remember johnmonty steamed out of his head which was great banter whilst me Curt and Groggy were discussing spin up strategy like eager beavers
A very early exit, as Melty flops a set of 9's v Lesley Devine (Glencoe Lads's better half).
Lesley had been mashing the pot button with the aces, Melty flopped his set on the 9 high flop, it went check/bet/check call twice more, & when the Ace rivered there was no escape for Andy.
Cheers mate be down in 20 mins - still a bit flummoxed from the antics last night but ready to rumble!
Yes, it looked like it was getting a bit messy in the bar area.
Can't believe they even served Groggy, he does not look old enough to drink.
