Mate it happens . I got it all in last night in a standard spot shoving the button into 15bb effective with A10s . Sb and bb both woke up with monsters ... Pocket 10s and AK .. I rivered a straight. Just checked it out I was 8% pre , shocks me didnt think I'd be that big. What I'm saying is its swings and roundabouts .. try to remember the times you got lucky. I finished second in a tournament on another site losing with AA vs 99 , rivered straight ... difference between first and second was over 4k. So I was cursing ... but if I look at it without my rose tinted glasses on ... with about 20 left I was all in with 77s pre vs AA and binked a 7 on the river.

What really helped me was opening sticky notes and making a tally of times i've been sucked out on vs sucked out on someone else. Mine was almost dead even after 500 runs.

Cheers for the thoughts. And I get all of that. Although I strongly suspect a similar hand history analysis by me wouldnt be anything like dead even. Exited four BHs tonight to dominated hands hitting their three outers, one flopped, three rivered. Dont recall a single doiminated spot swinging in my favour across those tourneys.

But that's poker etc.
