Happens to us ALL eventually ..... when you can't handle a STIFF SHAFT any more

(I guess everyone feels like that) So Do you feel happy that you’ve won a tenner on the night or feel a little aggrieved when you bust your last 2 mtts against the same player who is already plenty good enough in the space of 40 seconds when you were fairly well ahead?

Really nice holiday in Berwick Visited Cragside on the way up. Went round Bamburgh Castle and then Alnwick Castle on the last day. Had a bizarre 5 minutes on the Tuesday. We were close to the border and the weather was bad so we were just driving and crossed over into Scotland. I let Harry know it was a new Country he could tick off on the ones he’s visited. He went bonkers ‘Get me out of here now!” “I hate Scotland” “I want to punch Scotland”
Was kicking off all the way until we were back in England
He also had his tongue sticking out in pretty much every picture

I share your frustration, @loololollo is even worse (better?) than @MattBates in my experience, I hate getting it all in pre against either of them. If I'm behind I'll lose, if I'm ahead, well, I'll still lose.

Well, I’ve had another go at this poker malarkey again tonight We’ve been going steady for a good while now but recently I have to admit our relationship has been on the rocks I thought it was all over early in the evening . Stuff happened. It made me feel sad. I just wanted to be in the pub with my mates,...Ok. mate.
It was a bit of a **** tease at times. I’m too old for that shite. Something good would happen pre flop and then stuff happened after that just took the feeling away.
Still, we’ve been together a long time and I wanted to persevere.
I entered a fiver turbo. It’s all been over quickly recently so I thought it might work. I lasted pretty well
I won that
Then Incredibly I held with AK in a £11bh and suddenly I was on the final table.
Came 4th which was okayish
Made £32 on the night
£4.62 down for the last 3 nights work
I kind of wish I’d just gone to the pub on one of those nights and had a pint of peroni and be in the same financial situation. But I’m still a believer
We’re not out of the woods yet but Me and poker are going to get through this
Popped home today during work and now i’ve just realised that i left my car keys there. I’m now back at work waiting for Mel to bring them to me
Seen something from a few months back that i missed completely Genting have permanently ceased all poker at their casinos Is this definitely correct?
No poker for last few days. Probs not tonight either as the City game is on I’ll have a proper bash at it tomorrow. Maybe even get a few dyms running 😉

In the UK, yes. The Casinos will remain open, but they will no longer offer any poker.
