MTT 1: I play this fast and start well before losing a big pot with AK (vs QQ). This left me with less than 50% of starting, which did not last long.
MTT 2: (See MTT 1, but without getting in as well).
0-0-2, currently. (Wins-Cashes/Profit-Games)
Currently unsure regarding the selection of MTT 3. The £22 BH at 19:30 is a nice early tournament, 3,000 starting stack and a generous structure. However, I must stick to my two-tabling max rule, and, for me, the Three-M's* take preference.
With this in mind, there is a definite concern that I may gamble (subconsciously, at least) in the 19:30, so I will resist the urge to register and shall spin-up some small cash amounts from now until 8pm.
We are around eight minutes into the Main and I've been in more hands than a betting shop pencil on National Day.
One being fairly expensive, too. Losing with kicker issues after raising it up with KJ and hitting top-pair. Managed to fluke a few small pots, though, so still have around 96% of my starting stack in front of me.
I crash out of the Main. It's not often I would sling in 4-bet all-in for 22-bigs with Tens, but the 3-bettor did the same with Eights earlier so, in this particular shove vs fold debate, I option for the former.
The spoilsport had Kings on this occasion. Hardly fair.
I am now above starting stack in the Mini and have been moved from the "table of death" in the Mega. Sadly, I am still out of the Main.
On my new table in the Mega, the player to my immediate left is, apparently, a "chicken" and a "melt". So I should have no problems in pushing him around.
Another near-cash finish this evening, with a 16th place elimination in the Mega.
With only the £33 Turbo on the go, I decide to spin up a tenner at NLHE cash.
In the very first hand, I get it in good in a three-way coup, then improve to top-set on the flop. I'm 91% approaching the river. I am 0% after the river.
What next? The £11 BH at 23:30, followed by the Mid Ex.
What next? The £11 BH at 23:30, followed by the Mid Ex.
No cash in the £11, my 88 finishing runner-up to Q5o in an all-in pre coup.
I didn't play the Mid Ex as things were getting serious in the Turbo and I didn't want the distraction.
I make the final table for the second consecutive night in the Turbo and enjoy a bit of luck when down to four runners...

We are heads-up a hand later.
Although chips passed back and fourth for a short while, we were naturally shallow and it was only a matter of time before we were flipping for the win.
I gamble with and up and down straight draw against two-pair, which improve to a house on the river.
Happy enough, given my start to the evening, as I continue to chip away at October's losses - about £80 profit (+£110 MTTs, -£30 cash approx).
I had a decision to make earlier; should I meet my mates in the pub (a rarity these days) or play.
I used to love my local, as did many people. It was a true bastion of a bygone age. How best to describe it? Let me think....I guess it's the kind of place that Millennials are Zoomers would hate - get the picture?
No ordering on Apps. No children. No food served after 2pm. Seafood on Sundays. No card payments (until around a year ago).
On enquiring about the current rules and regulations in place, however, I decided on against further sullying memories of how the place once was.
Therefore, Sky have the pleasure of my company tonight. I am starting with the Mini Avenger, followed by the Mega.

Cheers, @Glenelg.
I fight back to get my head in front before losing another £22 pot at 73/27.
Remarkably, I end the game dead level (34p in profit, in fact).
That will do for the time being. I have eight minutes stretching time before the session starts for real. Let's hope I don't pull anything.

I am down to 1,500 chips in the Mini, with little of note to report. However, this is the least of my worries.
After spewing my first 5,000 in the Main, I rebuy and pick up Kings soon after.
I realise that I am racing after the flop, but, given the bounty and stack size, I cannot pass...
My table draw is the stuff of nightmares, less value than a dealers-choice line up at the Vic in 1999.
The spoilsport had Kings on this occasion. Hardly fair.

I exit in vomit inducing fashion.
Hanging on for dear life in the Mega; 16/21 with 16-bigs.

I earn an early double-up, however, it was one of those occasions where I missed out on a bounty due to having 20 less chips than my opponent.
So, somehow, I am under starting stack and bountyless.
Anyone have a Thesaurus to hand? I need to find an antonym for "justice".
