If you can't handle a standard beat like that, poker is not the game for you.
It's the sort of beat we all take, every day.
And we get both sides of it too, we beat Kings with AK/AQ/AJ etc.
Instead of wasting time copying & posting these hands, which is negative energy & achieves nothing, invest some time in doing something positive to help you understand how poker affects our minds.
Have a read of this, or a listen to the Audio book.
Uncle Tony @Tikay10 ...I'm so surprised at your feedback above to @misterpj ??
A coach would help you understand that when you have 2.3 BB you are always going to struggle, your stack has zero muscle and you are very vulnerable.
It's what happened earlier, to leave you with sub 3BB, that you need to look at, that's where the problem lies.
Losing any all-in with 2.3BB is completely standard. Forget the need for sympathy, look at improving the situations earlier so you are not left in that spot.

allyou and Ashleigh, thanksIt presumes you understood it in the first place?
If someone will 'adopt' misterpj, he is prepared, too throw his entire game, down the rubbish shute, and start from the bottom up.
Thought, I was, really useful, very obviously, the facts, simply don't lie
keep losing, massive hands like this, thinking, well, misguided, that I was very decent, 'coach' make, the champ, great again.
Oh, 3 hours deep, 26 left, for the chip lead plus 6 bounties, measly 95% good.
terrible, calls, by misterpj 😢😢😢

And quit with the sarcasm, it does not help.
You persist in counting cards that favour you after you are all-in, and pretending you are much better odds-wise than you really are.
All-in pre with JJ, v AK & KQ. Your odds are not 95%. They are 45%-you go out more often than not.
Nothing wrong with the way you played the hand. But you are deluding yourself in relation to how "unlucky" you were there.

A coach would explain that, too, a mistake he makes every single post.
