The Australian Government has to choose between 2 terrible options.

Send him home. Or carry on with the Tournament with him in it. Either way, there is going to be major problems ahead.

1 thing that fascinates me about this sort of thing. Why are people's attitudes so different between immigration and emigration? Do people not realise that 1 country's emigration is another country's immigration? Take the odious Nigel Farage as an example.

He has been vocal in support of Djokovic about his right to enter Australia. Would his opinion be the same if it was a Serbian trying to enter the UK on this basis? Seen him campaigning for the relaxation of rules for foreigners being allowed to come to this country?

Anti-vax leader urges people to drink their urine instead of get vaccine in latest wild conspiracy

The Daily Beast reports that a prominent figure in the anti-Covid-19 community, Christopher Key – who calls himself the "Vaccine Police" – is now telling his followers to drink their own urine in order to cure themselves of Covid-19.

As the highly transmissible Omicron variant tears through the country, it has largely been the unvaccinated who have become serious ill and who are filling hospital beds and dying on ventilators. For the vaccinated, a bout with Omicron, while unpleasant, is often mild enough to be comparable to the flu or the common cold, which is itself a coronavirus.

“The antidote that we have seen now, and we have tons and tons of research, is urine therapy. OK, and I know to a lot of you this sounds crazy, but guys, God’s given us everything we need," Mr Key said in a video posted on his Telegram account.

Mr Key has been traveling across the country with the stated goal of conducting citizen arrests on Democratic governors over their vaccine mandates. He presents doubters with "papers" outlining his belief that the coronavirus is a bio-weapon.

When asked how he had the authority to arrest governors, he claimed that the government is "we the people”.

He said he planned to arrest Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards on 7 February if the governor does not back off his vaccine mandates, particularly those aimed at children.

He told his supporters that urine therapy has "been around for centuries”, but noted that he understood if people think he is "cray cray”.

“Now drink urine!” he said. “This vaccine is the worst bioweapon I have ever seen. I drink my own urine!"

Mr Key called people who get the coronavirus vaccine "foolish," even though it is a safe and effective way to protect oneself from the worst coronavirus symptoms.

The "vaccine police" conspiracy theorist raised concerns when he shared a Telegram post showing off his sizable arsenal, which includes high capacity firearms as well as a flamethrower.

Prior to his road trip, trespassing conviction, and urine evangelism, he entered the national eye after threatening to "execute" pharmacists for administering the coronavirus vaccine.

Nah. Just an entitled billionaire believing rules don't apply to him. Annoys me that the 17-year-old Indian player (who wasn't a billionaire) was banned for being unjabbed even though India does not allow vaccines for under-18s gets ignored.

Because that should be a genuine debate.

Not trying to make this all about anything other than immigration. Still, nice to see you on the side of supporting the rights of immigrants.

Getting back to the point I was making, I don't understand why the Right (and large parts of the Left) have totally different positions on emigration, as opposed to immigration.

I suggest Mr Key is a good example of what happens to those who drink their own pee. Looks like it's mind-altering stuff.

Actually, nutjobs like him probably do more damage to Team Anti-Vaxx than any of us can manage by trying to debate with them.

With any luck, he'll start eating his own sh** soon. He certainly speaks enough of it.

Watch the anti-Vaxxers try & defend him now...

None of which can change the outcome for the unvaccinated that are already dead.

    Now. Let's see.

Coronavirus, like pretty much every single virus since the dawn of time, mutates. It does this because otherwise it quickly dies out.

At the same time, medical science develops. to combat this. So, for example, vaccines are developed. And then improved, and refined, in order to combat the ever-changing threat. So, for example, the booster is more effective against more recent variants, and newer vaccines are being developed that are better still

And anyone who thinks that is a bad thing?

    Thick as mince.

    Interesting.
So all the other coronaviruses mutated, but most that were offered a flu jab in the past, had the one jab.
In all the research ever done via the WHO,the strains that are known, all mutate.
So have they ever bothered in the past to chase mutations, multiple times?
As they’ve never bothered before, why now?

And not for the vaccinated that have died or been maimed for life.

You do know that flu is still constantly mutating, right?

That every single year people have a different flu jab, based on up-to-date medical advise about the current prevalent flu strains? Because they bother. And have done so for about 80 years.

This leaves us with 2 main possibilities so far on this thread.

    1. A. @chilling understands more about coronavirus than all current virologists/epidemiologists
    B. @chilling understands how the world has been combating viruses in the last 50-plus years better than medical science
    C. @chilling understands mortality rates and the associated maths better than Actuaries
    D. @chilling understands the best way forward, better than all mainstream experts in the field
    E. @chilling has a view that has no need to be altered in light of ongoing events over the last 2 years. He was right from the very first minute-all these so-called "experts" with their fancy qualifications, show weakness when they adjust any theory in light of additional info or mutations of a virus; or

    2. @chilling has a misguided sense of his own ability

    Not at all.

I am providing facts. From the acknowledgesd experts in all of the above fields.

You are ignoring the facts. And trying to say that your theories are more important than the experts facts.

People who say stuff like "toys" and "pram" do so when they know they can't challenge the facts before them. "Have they ever bothered to chase Mutations"? :)

That was even better than your theory that Governments were spending £Billions so they could find out more about people who have no money :)

    Mince. Undercooked mince.

    Define "clued up" for me.
