Personally i think it's all rather pathetic from all involved but surely people are entitled to express their views/beliefs without a $hitstorm being brewed

How about just keeping politics/religion etc out of sports.

New 'dodgy' Fire TV Stick crackdown to block streaming Premier League fans

More severe penalties are also being pushed through by courts, particularly to those who do not heed warnings. Last month, a private prosecution undertaken by the Premier League resulted in Jonathan Edge, a 29-year-old from Liverpool, receiving a three-year prison sentence for selling and using illicit Firesticks.

This is not an anti Spurs (I'm Arsenal) post but a 'I can't understand what's going on' post. I back/bet them in most of their games, yet again tonight. I like Ange as he seems a decent straight forward person but from what I'm hearing his time is running out. If I had to guess, it's the players not the manager who are the problem, Spurs are a conundrum that will take years to solve.

People treat Spurs as though they are somehow different to everyone else. When the reality is that the club with the 6th biggest budget tends to come about 6th.

Inconsistency at the moment? Yes. Reason? Simple. Injuries.

It is not the number of injuries that is the problem. It is where they are. It is the spine of the team where the injuries (and a suspension) have a major effect. Goalkeeper. Best 2 (now 3) Centre Halves. Best Defensive Midfielder. Best 2 Centre Forwards (Solanke was clearly unfit last night)

Let's look at "the new Stoke". Now take out Raya. Saliba. Gabriel. Odegaard. Havertz. Jesus. Got all your Wide players. Just no spine. Reckon you'd be consistent?

Spurs aren't a conundrum. Players missing are the problem.

My point was how can you beat City 4-0 but then lose to Bournemouth with virtually the same squad. You mention missing players but the only difference between the two squads in both those games was Vicario, that's the conundrum.

    Missing players against City.

    Missing players against Bournemouth.

    Fair point. However:-

    1. Solanke was fit and a threat v Man City. Not last night, where he had lost a yard

    2. Dragusin & Davies have been asked to play a group of matches together for the 1st time. The former looks ill-suited to English football. and the 2nd is shattered. Does beg the question why young prospects (such as Dorrington) are not even on the bench-or Phillips not recalled from loan at Stoke

    3. Some players are losing form. Our full backs are better going forward than defending-a problem when your best and quickest centre halves are out. Son currently miles off it. Kulusevski had a rare bad game. Current central midfield looks a top quality player light

Spurs have always been a side with unbelievable highs and pretty desperate lows.

From a betting perspective-never back them when odds on ;)

I managed to get 8/1 on a Brighton & Spurs double which I thought was far too big to ignore but obviously the bookies knew better than me.

The fans are definitely turning judging by this video.

As for Arsenal being the new Stoke, I'd be more worried being labelled the new Spurs... ;)

Terrible news about Antonio, he's a joy to watch on the pitch, a real old-fashioned put-himself-about centre-forward.

Not so good behind the wheel of a car though, it's almost exactly 5 years ago he wrecked his Lambo. Whilst dressed as a snowman.

WOW. That's astounding, surely there can't be any coincidence between the incidents.
