    As it happens, both of them are Sky Poker players.

    Blinds are 40,000-80,000, and Antes are no longer in play.

    This could take a while.

    Decent pot goes off on a board of 9-2-9-3-2 & Chris bets 400,000 on the end.

    Mark winces, he clearly wants to call but does not like it one bit.

    Eventually he calls, & Chris has 5 high (5-4, missed straight draw) or, I suppose, 2 pairs with a 5 kicker. And Mark made the call with 6-3, as you do.

    I’ll read all this tomorrow, just wanted to say I really want to play live poker again. I haven’t played since Manchester 2020 , weeks before Covid shut us all down. Miss seeing all the usual crew, if they are still going. Financial circumstances, the occasional calendar congestion and the fact that once again I have found myself a tad on the large side means I’ve missed the SPT’s since they came back. Hoping to rectify this at some point.
    Thanks for all your hard work Tony , have a safe journey home tomorrow before a strenuous afternoon “ workout “.

    Excellent updates Tikay. I've been refreshing the page to see if Chris has won or not.

    I was through yesterday and fired two bullets reaching a peak stack of 25k chips....

    It was good fun though and enjoyed usual catchup with the sky players until 4.30am....

    Mark is playing really well & was hanging in bravely. And he just got rewarded when he hit a set of threes & Chris paid him off.

    There's little between the two of them now, Chris still has the chip lead but it's pretty close.

    This could go on for hours.

    Thanks @PKRPar & @pompeynic

    I'm getting pretty whacked, so not sure I'm gonna get to the end but fingers crossed.

    And Nick, don't worry about "a tad on the large side", I'm carrying a stone overweight myself & you should see Roly Poly @cpfc_2010

    Thanks Nick.

    Yeah, the plan was to play 18 holes on the way home, but it's half past midnight already & we could still be an hour or more off finishing, & I've not had a break since 8am this morning, so I'm running on fumes. Would deffo be pleased to see the two boys get it all in soon. ;)

    It's very close now, if anything Mark has a small chip lead.

    On we go.

    It's still nip & tuck here, & Chris seems to have regained the chip lead, but not by much.
  • Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 169,670

    Chris has definitely regained the initiative & now leads by around 5.3 milly to 3.1 milly. Roughly. Approx. Ish.

    There was an error in the advertised Prize Pool & 1st & 2nd places are now corrected as follows, & not as previously shown;

    1st £14,000

    2nd £9,800

    Just seen what I think is the biggest pot of the Tournament.

  • Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 169,670

    Chris moved all-in on the river & Mark reluctantly folded. Think Mark is down to around 1.7 milly now, though that's still plenty at 60,000-120,000. (~17 BB or so, which is fine Heads Up).

    As at 1.10am;

    Chris 6,900,000

    Mark 1,700,000

    YES YES YES, at last, at 01.22 they get it all in pre-flop.

    The hands?
