    Blinds are now 25k/50k-50k, & the average stack is 1,433,000.

    Plenty of play yet, & as things stand, it's hard to see a deal being done, though that may change as the stack sizes fluctuate.

    Callum in Seat 8 opens, Seat 2 (Tim Foster) moves all-in & Callum quickly calls, & no wonder, he has the A-K & dominates Tim's A-10.

    No fuss, drama or sweat & we lose Tim in 6th place.

    I can't keep up here, whilst I was typing that up we lost another, with Alex Tong departing in 5th place. I never saw the hand but I gather Alan Chrzaszch (sp?) had K-Q & turned the nut straight.

    Goodness me.

    Callum & Chris clash, & Callum plays it strong every street for a huge pot.

    Callum bets half a milly on the river, Chris goes into the tank for several minutes & then calls - with THIRD PAIR (6 kicker). And it's good, Callum just has 4th pair, the 3.

    Boy oh boy, the game has changed out of recognition in the last 20 years.

    Players are on break, so here's the approx chip counts;

    Alan Chrzaszcz (sp) 1,400,000

    @chrisdonkb 4,250,000

    Callum Reid 1,010,000

    Mark Macpherson @MARK277 1,425,000

    Blinds will be 30k-60k/60k when we resume, with the average stack ~2,150,000.

    Blinds are 30/60/60 so it's costing 150,000 per orbit & there are just 4 players, so Callum with 460,000 is approaching move time.

    And indeed, Callum makes his move with the quite respectable A-3, but walks into one as look what Mark has found...

    Off to the races we go

  • Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 169,670

    It's Chris with the 10's, & Alan with the A-K, AIP

    So we lose Alan in 3rd place. Nothing he can do there, plays itself.
