Ah wee quick aside, Quite a few years ago when ah knew ah was needing glasses ( but kept putting it off ) ah was waiting for ma wife outside Morrisons, she was doin some shopping when all of a sudden ah needed the toilet, quickly, so ah bolts into the shop and ask an assistant where the loos are, she points them oot for me so off ah go, ah see a man coming oot ( or what ah thought was a man ) the loo, straight in to the traps (relief ).
So am sittin doon minding ma own buisness when ah thought ah heard a pair heels walking by the door, next minute ah could here these women gabbin away, am thinking **** I've went in to the womens loo.
So am sitting thinking, what do ah do, it just seemed to get buisier with the door getting tried a few times.
About an hour later am still sitting there the wife phones me asking where ah am, whispering to her that am in the womens toilet she's like " why are you whispering " and " what are you talking about " so ah switch the phone off.
Hawf an hour later ah decide am just goin to bolt oot the cubicle as fast as ah can, lucklily no one else was there.
Ah spent the next hour trying to explain to the wife what happened with a very red face.

    We've all done it.

And I would like to point out that I most definitely did not do that at the 235 Casino at an SPT ;)
Once you can get away with, they tend to catch on after the fourth time, apparently.

Think there is more to this one.

That MP has been stalked for some time (at least 2 years) by a man who has been subject to criminal sanctions since 2023.

It rather sounds likely that that was the man who was either being assaulted or taking the pictures

Mitigating circumstances rather than a defence? It looks like pretty clear assault unless the videos has been clipped to remove things that happened previously.

Too early to say. That video appears to show just 1 side of a story. As I have said many times in my professional career, it is not a criminal offence to win a fight.

It looks bad. There may be mitigating circumstances. There may be a complete Defence. And (of course) there may not. Which is why (for example) he has been suspended by his Party. Not thrown out. As any Party-or any employer-should do.

It's why we have a legal system. Police. The CPS. The Criminal Courts. As opposed to Trial by Daily Mail

The last statistics I saw said that 85% of paedophiles in the UK were White. Which, presumably means rather less than 15% are from the Asian sub-continent.

Me? I'm an equal opportunities sort of guy. I hate all paedophiles equally. I don't care if they are White, Brown, or Purple with Green spots.

Why do you think the Daily Mail only reports the Asian ones?

What a pathetic sentence no wonder crimes like these continue to happen.

A North London pickpocket who stole £6,000 from a pensioner in Uxbridge has been jailed.

Tinka Dinkova, 22, of Empire Avenue in Edmonton, was one of two females who followed an elderly victim, Emelia Okpoti, around Uxbridge Town centre on June 10 2024.

Having seen her withdraw a large sum of cash from a bank on June 10 2024, Dinkova managed to pinch the money from the victim's bag without her realising.

At Uxbridge Magistrates Court, Dinkova was jailed for nine weeks and must pay £154 in costs.

A Met Police spokesperson said: "This was a targeted theft by a pair who were in town purely to steal.

"They followed the victim around multiple stores for nearly 30 minutes prior to actually taking the money.

Dad Stabbed to Death by Killer Who Had Been Set Free Early From Prison That Day.

A man who had just walked free from prison under the government’s emergency early release scheme stabbed a father to death the same day, in a brutal gang attack that has sparked outrage.

Lewis Bell Fatally Stabbed Hours After Killer’s Release.

Lewis Bell, 26, was chased through the streets of Stockton in the early hours of September 19, 2024, before being stabbed in the back and left to die. One of the men who helped carry out the deadly attack, Liam Matthews, had been released from HMP Holme House just hours earlier under new measures designed to ease pressure on Britain’s overcrowded prisons.

Matthews, 26, joined two others in ambushing Bell during a violent altercation believed to have started in a local drug den. Bell, a father of one, was already being attacked by two men when Matthews joined in, slashing at him with a chisel.

Convictions Handed Down in Teesside Court

Sean McLeod, 23, was convicted of murder. Liam Matthews and Ashton White, 18, were both convicted of manslaughter. A fourth man, 26-year-old Macauley Wright, was found guilty of assisting an offender after helping the attackers dispose of weapons and clothing and arranging a taxi to flee the scene.

    Brutal Attack Caught on CCTV

Cleveland Police said the group fled after the fatal stabbing, tossing away evidence before fleeing Stockton. Matthews had previously been convicted of violent disorder over a street fight in 2023 and had been serving a 22-month sentence until his early release on the same day as the killing.

    Victim’s Family Devastated

Bell’s family described him as a “much-loved father, son, brother and uncle,” saying: “Lewis was killed in the most brutal and heartless way. We hold all three males convicted responsible for his murder despite the convictions of two of them for manslaughter.”

Criticism Mounts Over Early Release Policy

The case has drawn sharp criticism of the government’s emergency prison release scheme, introduced in 2024 to cope with a critical lack of prison space. A Ministry of Justice spokesperson defended the scheme, saying: “We had no choice but to introduce an emergency early release programme… this case will be investigated fully.”

Detective Chief Inspector David Glass said: “Lewis Bell did not deserve to die. This was a pre-planned, sustained attack by a gang who chased him down with weapons. They inflicted a number of stab wounds, one of which was fatal – then left him to die.”

All four are due to be sentenced on June 19.

Moment Hooded Men Attack Man With Axe And Machete In Park.

A man was attacked in broad daylight by a masked gang wielding an axe and machetes in a terrifying ambush in Poplar, east London.

Hooded Trio Trap Victim in Tower Hamlets Park

The brutal assault unfolded just before 6pm on Wednesday, March 26, in Pennyfields Park. Horrifying footage shows three men dressed in dark tracksuits and balaclavas surrounding a lone male in the park. Armed with weapons including an axe, the gang forces the victim to the ground and begins lashing out violently.

The attackers appear coordinated and fearless, carrying out the assault in the open as stunned passersby watch on. In one frame, a hooded thug can be seen casually walking away from the scene with a large axe still in hand.

Victim Manages to Call for Help Despite Injuries

After the group flees the scene, the injured man, visibly bloodied and shaken, manages to pull out his mobile phone and call for help. Witnesses rush to his side as he lies wounded on the park path.

Police and paramedics arrived shortly after and treated the victim at the scene before rushing him to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries have been described as non-life threatening.

    Police Urgently Appealing for Witnesses

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “On Wednesday, 26 March at 17:45hrs, police were called to Pennyfields Park, Poplar following reports of a stabbing. A boy was found with stab wounds and taken to a nearby hospital. His injuries are not life-changing or life-threatening.”

No arrests have been made at this stage, and detectives are carrying out urgent enquiries to identify those responsible.

Shocking Rise in Knife Violence Across the Capital

The violent incident is the latest in a disturbing wave of blade-related attacks in London. In January, a 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death in front of passengers on a bus in Woolwich, while recent footage from Carshalton showed another daylight stabbing unfold in the street.

With yet another attack caught on camera, concern is growing over the brazenness of armed thugs operating across the city in public spaces.

Seven-Year-Old Killed In Explosion Caused By Drug Dealer Making Sweets At Home.

A seven-year-old boy was killed in a devastating house explosion after two drug dealers used the flat below to manufacture dangerous cannabis edibles with over 100 canisters of butane gas.

Archie York was asleep with his parents and baby brother when a massive blast ripped through their home on Violet Close, Benwell, in the early hours of October 16, 2024. The explosion flattened parts of the street, rendered families homeless, and sparked a huge emergency response.

    Dealer Admits Manslaughter.

Reece Galbraith, 33, from Gateshead, admitted the manslaughter of young Archie and his accomplice Jason ‘Jay’ Laws, 35, who also died in the blast. Galbraith had initially denied the charges but changed his plea during a video appearance at Newcastle Crown Court. He also admitted to possessing and supplying cannabis over an 11-month period.

He will be sentenced on May 14.

Judge Paul Sloan KC warned Galbraith that he faced a “significant, immediate custodial sentence”.

    Deadly Drug Operation.

Detectives revealed that Galbraith and Laws were using the flat directly beneath Archie’s home as a drug lab to produce a concentrated cannabis extract known as “shatter” or “butane honey oil”. The extract was then used to make cannabis sweets, referred to as “gummies”.

The production process involved storing large volumes of flammable butane gas in the property. Police later recovered 100 canisters from the scene.

    Archie’s Family Devastated.

Archie’s mother, Katherine, said: “As a parent and as a mother, you try your best to keep your children safe, and that was took out of my hands. When they are in the house, that’s supposed to be the safest place.”

Archie’s baby brother Finley and both parents survived the blast, though the explosion left their home destroyed.

    Dealer Seriously Injured in Blast.

Galbraith was himself severely injured in the explosion and spent a week in an induced coma. His solicitor told the court he still suffers from major burns and limited mobility in his arms.

Mobile Evidence and Drug Gear Found.

Before the explosion, police had already stopped Galbraith’s car in April 2024 and found drugs inside. His home was searched, uncovering moulds used to make cannabis sweets. Analysis of his mobile phone revealed 80 texts related to the sale of edibles.

Following the explosion, forensic teams found Galbraith’s fingerprints on several items in the flat, which prosecutors described as a drug lab.

CPS: Explosion Caused by Reckless Drug Operation.

Christopher Atkinson of CPS North East said: “It is clear from the evidence in this case that the explosion which took Archie’s life was caused by a build-up of butane in the address used by Jason Laws, who also died in the blast.”

Detective Chief Inspector Katie Smith added: “The process of creating cannabis shatter and other drugs in this way is exceptionally dangerous. The truly devastating impact of this case should be enough to make anyone doing this to think again.”

Police continue to urge the public to report any information about drug production.

You can literally smell Cannabis down almost every street, the tax they could collect from legalising and taxing cannabis rather then allowing it to be in the hands of the crimminals would certainly help our economy. This whole issue could have been avoided by the legalization of Cannabis.
