Please don't stress at some very stupid players. Just realise what sad individuals they are, I have been called all sorts in the chat box by various players and believe that they need to get a life as theirs must be very unhappy. Speaking for myself I have enjoyed our banter in the chat box very much and it is for that reason I would never want sky stop the chat boxes. I have never reported anybody as I have this button that says silent. LOL Also there are now so many players that I have good chat now and they make it very difficult for the few abusive players. Hey once i was called something not very nice and was just telling him he was out of order when TiKay hit the table and asked if I was Ok (LOL always OK) I said yes and that I was just waiting for an apology when I think it was Mickjenn said he the players had been abusive. Result an immediate apology. Since then I have had no problem from that player and live in hope that he is now reformed Hope to see you on the tables soon.
Maybe take a look at the 'Matrix' tournaments they have on FTP. Good value and fun, its a sng with the same players on 4 tables with prizes per table and the aggregate prize accross all tables.

If it hasn't been suggested already, a button, or checkbox, that automatically tops-up to the max buy-in on a cash table on the "Buy-in" menu would be appreciated.

I think Sky poker is great. BUT poker is all about getting an edge and Sky is losing out. The tech guys should look at other sites such as Titan where the chat cards are crystal clear. Others have noted the same problem. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHAT YOUR LOYAL PLAYERS ARE SAYING. CAN YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM? All the best Phrank.

THAT WAY YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE IN FRONT, BEHIND, WHAT CARDS YOU NEED TO HIT, WHAT CARDS YOU NEED TO AVOID,ETC. ACTUALLY KNOWING MAKES IT MORE INTERESTING THAT NOT KNOWING IT MUST BE EASY TO DO AS IT IS ALREADY MIRRORED IN THE TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE. OTHER SITES, NOT ALL, DO AND THE PLAYING EXPERIENCE I FEEL IS BETTER.
The main improvement that has to be made on sky p is a better bling structure for the main 9 pm tourney. I understand that the tourney can't go on all night but instead why not start it an hour earlier or even two. For every person who you may lose because they are not in from work etc, you will gain another one that has to be up ealry for work. Give the good players a chance of winning the open by building their stack up rather than fish who build a huge stack through constantly getting lucky in coin flips!! I think the binds should be at least 10 min, ideally 12 mins.
i see 2day we can use our poker points 4 the penguin sat so if thats the case why not 4 the opens as they are the same price bye in ...delta Posted by DELTA
Great shout Delta! And we can use more for Primo like we used to be able to. Instead of set times for mtt's as well - could we not do sng tables that fill up whenever using our points with winner getting Open entry?

Try having employees that don't begger off for 5 or 10 mins in every live online chat session.
