I am having the same disconnection problems, It is really getting me down tbh. I have also tried just running one table and the problem still persists. I have noticed that it is more prone to happen when i have went all in, this may be coincidental but was wondering if any others noticed this?

done it, and told them i only do one table so they dare not say it`s a prob my end, or they will answer to what i am really thinking at moment
I played the 7-10 deepstack last night and got dissconnected 5 times during the game ,and that is not the first time it has happened . Come on SKY you are quick enough to take my money each month its about time you got your act together , how many complaints does it take before you do something about it . FROM A VERY UNHAPPY POKER PLAYER .

e mail sent and still not happy with the slowness of responses from sky here. For any customer this service is appalling but I have been here from the start of sky poker and find their attitude to this situation shocking and one I haven't seen before!
yes its been terrible since friday ....i went into a online chat with adviser but was told they wernt aware of any problems .....Great Help..... if you could all do the same we might get something done to sort it out....

I think this has all started to happen since the recent Site Maintenance. Any thoughts?
By the way, a year or so ago there was a problem with the site which affected lots of people.
When I first complained they offered similar explanations, however after 4/5 emails to them they did give me a full refund.
If you persist then you will get your money back. But they will never admit that they were liable, despite various people having the same issues....they will claim that its something to do with your PC despite every other internet based application being totally unaffected.

AFTER TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE , I WAS TOLD I WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER REFUND !!!! I HAD NO CONFIDENCE TO PLAY HERE AFTER THAT . WAS DEVASTATED BUT I FELT I HAD TO LEAVE . SORRY YOU GUYS ARE GOING THROUGH THIS NOW. WAS HOPING THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOUR FROM CUSTOMER CARE WAS A THING OF THE PAST!! WHILST I WAS AWAY , I PLAYED ON ANOTHER SITE . ON ONE OCCASION , 2 TOURNIES I WAS IN GOT ABANDONED DUE TO A TECHNICAL PROBLEM. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK , THE NEXT DAY I WAS GIVEN 150 ODD DOLLARS AS MY SHARE OF THE PRIZE POOL . iv been having the same problem for some days now its cost me a lot of money :@ iv been one 2 final tables an it happened, and its been happening for a lot longer than 30seconds 2day its been about 5mins sometimes and i think if it continues to keeping i will just go play on a different site come-on sky it sorted!!! :S

I am aware of connection issues. However not every connection issue is from Sky Pokers side Martin.
They done this before with me even though I knew it had been reported by several other people
