I think worse hands might call you in this spot as they may put you on a busted flush draw. I think bet river and fold to a shove is probably the best play. But the problem is jh is the only player at this level who will bluff raise river. Still if you don't want to be predictable betting is the best option.
We should start an omaha thread in the forum instead of hijacking Dohhh's diary. It seems that the number of regs in Omaha tables is getting bigger and bigger. Come on boys.

Not sure I share your optimism about the tables getting better. I dunno what they were like before but I had a look at 11-30 last night and there was 1 player waiting at £1/2 HU, and 3 people playing 5p/10p. Nothing else!
Maybe just a slow night? But it was Saturday, so quite worrying.

Obv I've woken up this morning and I wanna play!!
Thought I might end up having the full weekend off but it's so addictive. Not even about the money either, I'd be happy playing small stakes all day, it's chilled out and alot of fun learning a new game. This is what it used to be like when I first started NLHE, I wanted to play all the time. The more I learnt, the better I got, but the less I enjoyed it.
Anyway, homegame. Gotta be careful what I say here I guess but theres a 'group' elsewhere where I can set up my own games, design structures and buy ins and start times etc.

My PLO experiment is not going well so far, I've been on the wrong end every single time I've played for stacks.
Get it in pre AKKJds vs AQJ8ds and lose. 2/1 fav, so pretty far ahead for PLO.
Get it in with KKxx on K high flop, villain has AA and turns an ace.
Hoggers turning the nut house when I flop the nut flush and kept barreling. (That one definitely was optimistic/bad play)

Nothing much happened. I lost about a tenner on mtt buy ins. Think I lost about 2 quid @ PLO, but won about a tenner on HU sngs.
This is starting to sound like Lamberts diary!
I have 1936 points now, so at least that's 64.5% of a NLHE buy in, and 96.8% of a PLO buy in banked in way of rakeback and I'm on target to hit my target of 2,000 by the end of the month so that should be good.

Back to being me again, think I'm taking a proper 2 days off this time, and will do proper sessions on Thursday and Saturday. Don't think there's going to be much action on Tues/Weds. Might have to start playing on a diff site after midnight 888 prob.
you know in the hyper turbo thing. the holdem one. I know it's only like 20 chips but doesn't it make sense to use half pot as your regular cbet? Especially on that flop? #wannalearnfromthehyperexpert. p.s. deano replied on twitter. o m g
I don't really play PLO, but in the first hand, when you raise a limper, if you aren't c betting that board.. what are you c betting!?!? Just makes no sense to me.
Second hand seems like a clear call once you call flop..
