    happy days,

3 winning sessions in a row.
    now back on track,
any little doubts that may have been creeping in
    have now thankfully gone.
still a long long way 2 go....
but i am feeling confident that this can be done.

have i learnt anything after nearly 1 week?
    yep,
    patience is important
    don,t panick when struggeling
playing mainly the lower level is key
only play a few higher level games if i win them at start of session.

    over & out,
    :-)

    DAY 7
    part 2,

    another losing session,
but,hey it,s not the end of the world,

    £1.15
           w 10  +£8.50
            l 14  -£16.10
                  -----------
                  -£7.60

    lost  £2.60

    b/roll  £39.86 (-£0.85)

    c4p   84
    total 855

    still only  85p down
so i know it could be worse.
just a bit frustrated as so much bad run atm.
i know everyone gets it,so i,m not complaining.,
just be nice to get a couple of half decent days in.
    never mind,c4p looking pretty good.
    still happy with my game,
although the results would suggest otherwise.

    into week 2 tomorrow,
so lets see what fun & games that brings.
    :-)

sorry I couldn't nip in with my support yesterday Ian

Just read your last couple of updates, these ups and downs are quite normal in dym games. As Ryan quite rightly said "you are a very solid player" so over time, I'm sure all will come good. Big profit from playing dym's might take some time Ian but you keep getting your chips in ahead of your opponents and you will be a winning player.

You're already a winner in my eyes though ...

    Good Luck for today

    Lorraine :) x

    Hi m8,
We played again yesterday & glad to say this time we both cashed :-)
Do me a favour Dev & stay off a table if i am on it in the lobby lol, These Dym's are hard enough to beat without having players as good as you at the table.
I don't know whether yesterday was made tougher with it being a bank holiday & there were more recreational players playing.
Just a thought mate but looking at your recent results, you seem to have a better return playing the £2.25 Dym's, had you thought about trying 1 day at say just that level?
As Lorraine said keep getting your chips in ahead & keep playing well m8 ;-)

    hi lorraine,
    lovely post as always.!!!
    :-)   x
    hi again mike,
    did we both cash...
    that must be a 1st....
    well 4 me anyway...lol
sorry m8,i don,t look in the lobby,
    i simply re-load any old table atm...lol
so if i am on your table....
make the most of it....easy money i,d say,  lol
    yes,
you may be right about the £2.25,s but i genuinely think that it,s "all on the day"
as they say.anyway i will keep an eye on it,
thanks 4 pointing it out to me.

feels like i,m running up a hill with a gale force wind in my face atm...lol
but i,m still hopefull things will change.
think i,ll play just about every day on this challenge.
i am now fully commited to my poker as up until 5 weeks ago
i also played bowls, which was time consuming.
just found that i simply wasn,t enjoying it as much as i used to
so made the dificult decision to stop playing altogether.
not an easy one though as i,d been playing for the past 12 years.
still, all things come to an end eventually don,t they?

    so anyway,
i can now place all my efforts into my poker
    and more specifically,...mission impossible.
i will play until the end of this month and re-assess the situation.
if i feel i,m simply wasting my time
i will/may have to pull the plug on this particular mission.
but that is 24 days away,so along way from that,i guess.
even if i only break even from my play
which is the case atm, with the c4points building up quite nicely
i,m sure to be in profit.
at the end of the month.
if you get the impression that i am feeling a bit down atm
then you would be right,i am.
a weeks work 4 no return just isn,t cricket,is it.
i said i would be posting after each session both good and bad,
    as i have,now i,m even posting b4 i,ve played,
    what,s going on?
    i wish everyone
the very best with there own poker, and
i hope that you are all running alot better than yours truly.
    all4 now,
    back later,
    :-(    lol

    Chin up Dev!

I'm in the same boat as u - grinding hard, but into the wind.

Having a losing month but racking up the C4P's - I've ordered another monitor so I'm going to try 18 tables once I get it up&running, eek!

Come on mate - don't get down about it :-)
I'm running pretty bad at the moment too.
Slightly up on the £1 tables and slightly down on the £2 ones (not fogetting the rake !!!) lol

    Keep the Faith buddy,

    Mick
