I have messing about with streaming software etc today. Will try to do a first stream on or be Monday. I can't promise the content will be any good but will give it a try...
I don't ever watch Twitch streams mate, though there are a bunch of reportedly good ones on Sky Poker already, & between them they stream most nights of the week.
I have just Followed you on Twitter though, to help get the party started.
The most significant factor for achieving a smooth stream is your internet upload speed. Anything less that 3mbps will probably be a complete non starter and ideally you'll need upward of 5mbps. 4g internet might be a stretch at a guess, but run a speed test to see what you're getting - upload speed is key.
I didn't have Twitch set to save previous broadcasts so I can't view previous videos yet to see if the video quality is watchable. Hopefully it isn't a buffering mess due to my connection
Appreciate any followers and feedback as I am totally new to this streaming stuff.

I stopped by a couple of times last night and the audio was fine but the actual screen was frozen. Good luck tonight.
@markycash - enjoyed your stream tonight Mark, hopefully many more to come. Well played on winning the £22BH - was quite a lengthy heads up battle so glad that you prevailed.

Really hope you have managed to quit smoking.
Take care
Phil
Hope you are well mate!
The Twitch thing is proving difficult. I have a 4g wifi router as my home broadband because I live in the sticks. The stream just buffers constantly.
Not sure what to do. Any tips welcome (apart from move house lol).
Hi mate,
@mumsie is your man
There are a handful or regular pro streamers in the house tho.

How about 0.3mbps ?
Looks like a non starter...
Appreciate the help though folks! At least I know.
*skulks away to the drawing board*
This is my speed fwiw
OBS resource heavy on PC so need a semi-decent machine, although @Shrimpy28 did manage on his potato before he upgraded.
Great to see you back posting, hope you and family are ok.
May be time to ditch the dial -up and invest in broadband mate 😉.
I managed to mess around with things my end and get the upload speed to just under 3mbps.
Have streamed a lot today to test it out. I didn't mention to anyone I was streaming though so not sure many saw it and not sure whether it worked lol
I will stream a bit tomorrow evening and maybe someone can let me know if it is working well enough.

Hi mate,
Check your e-mails urgently please.
PS - VBOL tonight.
Off to a good start with a win in a £22 BH.
Hopefully I didn't bore everyone to death
Well played on the win. Good relaxed stream too. Winner winner.
