I head off to Vegas next Thursday, & it was always the idea to end the diet before I went.
I could not have done it without the support of you guys & this thread, you are the best.
I never varied my daily meals - so had the same food intake just under 150 days consecutively. And loved every mouthful.
Exercise, which began as 1 x 0.5 mile walk daily, increased to as much as 3 x 3 mile walks per day. Since February, I've not missed a single day or walked less than 3 x 2 miles per day, with the exception of SPT dates. So just shy of 900 miles walked - that Lands End to John O'Groats.

Decided that Vegas is not glamorous enough for me this year. Today I'm going to...GUKPT Reading South. So called because GUKPT Reading would have sounded too cosmopolitan, and "The Meadows" would no doubt have had to cancel the WSoP . Ooh, the glamour of it all....gl all

Nothing much to report. No loss but no gain.

Next week will be tough as I'm staying away in a hotel all week with no gym and a VERY tempting menu. Hope to keep anyway weight gain to a minimum.
