And that, fellow fatties, is that, my (current) diet ended at midnight last night, & now the plan is to be a silly so & so & put it all back on no doubt.

I head off to Vegas next Thursday, & it was always the idea to end the diet before I went.

I could not have done it without the support of you guys & this thread, you are the best.

I never varied my daily meals - so had the same food intake just under 150 days consecutively. And loved every mouthful.

Exercise, which began as 1 x 0.5 mile walk daily, increased to as much as 3 x 3 mile walks per day. Since February, I've not missed a single day or walked less than 3 x 2 miles per day, with the exception of SPT dates. So just shy of 900 miles walked - that Lands End to John O'Groats.

    All in all, most satisfying.

    Back soon, but for now......

Well done Tikay, great achievement. Enjoy yourself in Vegas.

Graham no doubt it will be back off again this week! Weeks like that are good to keep us focussed and on track.

    Ok so some good news.

    1. The Salvation Army are £20 (+gift aid) richer (I sent @LARSON7 a screenshot to confirm)
    2. I have lost some weight this week (kinda)

    The bad news.

Over the whole week I put on 1 lb (I did an unofficial spot check and was shocked to be over 15st on Monday).

So beer rationing is in place. Choc ices are out. Walking has restarted properly.

    Official figures

    Starting weight 15st 2lb
    Weekly loss -1 lb
    Current weight 14st 10lb
    Target weight 14st

Another charity nomination for this weeks top loser to follow.

Received your PM very generous of you Phantom, and for a really good cause.

    Excellent job TK!

Make sure with your sylph figure, that you don't get mistaken for FeelGroggy out in Vegas.

You must be about the same age right? :=)

Update. Apologies for missing last week's weigh in, I had a busy bank holiday weekend and wasn't online.

    Start Weight: 19st 9lbs
    Last Week: 18st 3lbs
    Current Weight:

Nothing much to report. No loss but no gain.

    Total loss: 1st 6lbs
    Total smoked: 20

Next week will be tough as I'm staying away in a hotel all week with no gym and a VERY tempting menu. Hope to keep anyway weight gain to a minimum.

    This week: 18-10

Time to increase exercise-getting bored with this plateau.

Decided that Vegas is not glamorous enough for me this year. Today I'm going to...GUKPT Reading South. So called because GUKPT Reading would have sounded too cosmopolitan, and "The Meadows" would no doubt have had to cancel the WSoP . Ooh, the glamour of it all....gl all
