I admit to being wrong about you Rainman, I previously considered you to be an ok person, it’s become apparent you are a nasty spiteful racist bigot who delights in making veiled threats which, when someone does take you up on you will cower away like the coward you and your ilk are.

You must be a very very sad unloved person, on the one hand I feel sorry for you and hope you get help, on the other I feel you reap what you sow.

Life is tough enough without the barrage of anti this anti that bull that you spout.

If you hate this country and people in it so much why not go and join the right wing patriots in your beloved France or Poland, see how you get on there.

Freedom of speech and the means to do so are a rarity in this world, you and your ilk are destroying that freedom bit by bit.

I agree with you this forum should be closed,(not long now the new owners will help you out with your request) but haysie will be upset.

I have not issued any veiled threats, just prefer to debate face to face, rather than through a keyboard, notice you never objected to hhy and haysie abusive posts.

Once again " saint" Tomgoodun , completely loses any moral high ground he deludedly thought he had by resulting to insults .
What people like you would have is selective freedom of speech , just for people who's opinion you agree with !

Rainman and his trusty sidekick Robin trying to justify their stance by joining forces and picking on what they think is a vulnerable prey, ironic huh.

    So, back to topic.
Brexit and Tommy Robinson fan boys.

“Let’s vote out and stop them immigrant Muslims from coming in” from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, India etc etc.....

On the TR thread, a request has been made to cool it & quit with the invective.

    Same applies here.

Yes they are your words, because you typed them, rather like naz shah when she told Children to shut up for the sake of diversity.

I understand you struggle with simple dialogue, I will attempt to help ,when someone posts words inside “ “ , it generally means they are repeating someone else’s words, they can also be used in other ways , like “ reporting “ for instance.Yw

You could have written this well thought out, and insightful post in 3 different ways. The first option would have been the correct way, with a capital M and the rest lower case. Secondly you could have just used lower case. You have chosen the third option which was all capitals. You must have done this on purpose, as if it was a mistake, you had a month to edit. Could you therefore share the significance of the capitals with the rest of us.

I am certain you wont answer this question, as that seems to be something you avoid at all costs. You will not answer any perfectly reasonable questions that are put to you. You seem to prefer to attribute inferences to people, misquote them, and on many occasions take comments out of context. The result of this is the TR thread in all its glory. I think the content is embarrassing, and am very sorry I ever posted on it.

The posts I made on that thread made it absolutely clear that I think that those involved in these grooming gangs were unforgiveable, and deserved more severe sentences. I could go further and say that the police didn't care. Threatening to arrest victims that persistently reported these offences, was a pathetic response. Social Services came out with their usual response which is, we have learned lessons, and it wont happen again. Yet many people will be certain that it will.

However, organising Anti-Muslim Rallies is not the answer, all they do is promote hatred, which will solve nothing, and will make nobodys life any better.

You seem to wish to focus only on the comment I made regarding the parents. The victims were as young as 11 years old. Some of the victims were abused over a period of years. They were taking drugs, drinking alcohol, and being sexually abused by numerous men. If I was a parent of one of the victims, I would feel embarrassed and ashamed that I had allowed this to happen. My view is that this could only have continued over such a long period, if the parents didn't care, couldn't be bothered or were completely naïve. To have an 11 year old daughter and care so little about their whereabouts, and what they were up to beggars belief. However I don't believe that this detracts any blame from the evil criminals involved, it just made it easier for them to carry on for so long.

So in summary I think that you must primarily blame the offenders, but the police, social services, and the parents don't emerge blameless from this.

You asked me if I had read the Court Manuscripts. I think you probably meant Transcripts. I can only assume that the reason you asked this question is that you are claiming to have read them, and that you have superior knowledge through doing so. These transcripts will consist of thousand upon thousand of pages, as each case went on for months on end. They would be quite costly to obtain, and take months to read. I was surprised by your claim that you had read them, and genuinely wondered what benefit I would gain from doing so. I asked you a number of questions on the subject of the transcripts, yet true to form you did not seem disposed to answer any of them.

While defending the parents you claimed that a high percentage of the victims were in care. This was patently untrue. Anyone that had read the transcripts would know this was untrue. So I can only assume you just lied to support your argument.

You seem unable to comprehend that this is an internet forum. The advantage of this is that it allows people who may live thousands of miles away from each other, even in other countries, to debate any topic, without having to travel outside their living room. If you prefer face to face debates, you could maybe join your local debating society, or perhaps join a local political party. The fact that you think that the average person is prepared to travel maybe hundreds of miles to have a face to face row, rather than debate with you, just proves that you haven't quite got the hang of it yet. More maturity and less silly threats would be more sensible.

Many people see TR and his Anti-Muslim Rallies as doing nothing for the victims, just exploiting the situation, and creating hate amongst our community.

If you examine the facts as posted previously, out of 6,200 offenders, only 4% were Asian. With this in mind, to respond with Anti-Muslim Rallies would seem unwarranted.

I have no interest in debating the merits or otherwise of TR, and as I have previously said do not intend posting on the thread, or replying to any further posts on the subject.

Brexit: High Court to rule if referendum vote ‘void’ as early as Christmas after Arron Banks investigation

The High Court will rule as early as Christmas whether Brexit should be declared “void”, in a legal case given a turbo-boost by the criminal investigation into Leave funder Arron Banks.
Judges are poised to fast track the potentially explosive challenge, after Theresa May’s refusal to act on the growing evidence of illegality in the 2016 referendum campaign, The Independent can reveal

Brexit voters hit by austerity now realise how EU membership benefits them, new academic study finds

Many austerity-struck Leave voters are switching their support to Remain since they now recognise how European Union membership benefits them, according to a new academic study.
The findings are important because they suggest that the shock referendum result two years ago can be understood primarily as an economically driven protest vote from many of these communities, rather than stemming from a deep-rooted antipathy to European Union membership itself.
The results also suggest that ending free movement for EU workers is not the dominant desire of the UK public, despite Theresa May’s focus on that goal in the contentious withdrawal agreement she has brokered.

As far as your source of " facts " , its from a 4 year old article which has been corrected several times and I'd point out as mentioned on the other thread , on their faq's " who checks your facts ? " answer ; You do . Also worth pointing out , not all Muslims are Asian !

I am afraid there is misquoting, and comments that have been taken out of context, but I cant be bothered to argue about them.

Nor do I intend to nitpick about whether a figure quoted at 4%, should really have been 3% or 5%. The point is that the Anti-Muslim Rally response was not justified.

It is hardly unusual for stats to be updated.

I have not knowingly used any incorrect information. I have merely posted articles that support the argument that I am making. It is surely for people on the other side of the debate to post articles supporting their case.

Also worth pointing out that all Asians are not Muslim, but the response is still not justified.

You are correct in saying that I have used the term bs a number of times of late, but only in response to a post, made by someone else.

My view is that the forum is a place to debate peoples differing opinions on a variety of subjects, and that to visit the forum merely to write bs about any post is counter productive, and not helpful. My opinion is that if the best you can do is write two letters, then there was little point in visiting the forum in the first place.

However I would consider it a valid, and speedy response when being harassed in the chat box, particularly if you have a few tables running, and are involved in a conversation that you had no wish participate in.
